This bright and sunny 3rd floor suite offers beautiful bay views through a gorgeous brand-new deck. Open layout, large kitchen, and washer/dryer included. All bedrooms have air conditioning and all beds are topped with gel/memory foam for extra comfort. There is 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds, as well as a pull-out couch. Fiber WiFi and Smart TV included. The beautiful beach and park are just a few steps away. Also extremely close are all the shops and restaurants of Onset Village. Walk to many local restaurants, beaches, and water activities. You will love Onset- and you will love the view and relaxing atmosphere of the Seaview Suite!
**Onset is a highly desirable location for many! The village is walkable with many nice beaches and parks, as well as great restaurants and water activities. It is central to many areas of interest: Very close to the rest of Cape Cod, 20 min to the ferries for Martha's Vineyard/Nantucket, 25 minutes to historic Plymouth, 1 hr to Provincetown, 1 hr to Boston, 1 hr to Providence or Newport RI. Local activities (walking distance to the house) include: 3 beautiful parks, beautiful beaches, Outdoor Concert area, Kayak, SUP, or boat rental, Canal cruise, Fishing, Playground area. You can also walk to the market, post office, village shops and restaurants. There's also a water park, mini golf, and other activities a short drive away!

Great place, great location
The place was super clean which is VERY important to me. It was spacious and well stocked with everything that we needed. The owner, Carolyn, was very responsive to questions. I love that the beach, stores and restaurants were within steps of the property.

Great vacation spot!
Wonderful location - were able to easily walk to the beach, town and local restaurants. Unit was clean, well-equipped and comfortable; exactly as pictured. Host was available and responded quickly to any questions. Would stay here again!

Excellent location, comfy beds
With both a beach and the park literally across the street, the location was perfect. We enjoyed the local restaurants, and wandering around Onset on foot. The rental itself was clean comfortable and well equipped.

Why they chose this property

This property was built circa 1890 as a Victorian Sea Captain's house. Later, after the turn of the century it was turned into a hotel known as the Marcy House, and later, The Prospect Inn. During the 1920's the property was known for having a 'speak easy' during times of prohibition. There is a lot of history and a lot of great energy on the property. The location is also prime, because it is steps to the beach and steps to many of the great restaurants in Onset. The apartments are very open and can comfortably accommodate many people. The kitchens are well stocked with pots, pans, etc.

What makes this property unique

We are uniquely situated in a perfect spot- steps from Onset and Shell Point beaches, steps from Marc Anthony's famous pizza, and right across the street from a fantastic breakfast diner. Within very close walking distance you will also find a local market/liquor store, post office, spa, salon, multiple beautiful parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, local bars, and nice waterfront dining options. We are also very close to the boat rental/kayak rental area. You could spend a week in Onset and not need to drive at all! In additional there are many fairs, festivals, and concerts happening all summer long!
