This is a dream house featuring brand-new custom timber frame construction, 5 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, outdoor shower. Large Beach Stone Fireplace in open concept living room, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. Unbelievable bonfires at the waters edge and spectacular moonlit evenings over the ocean. A year-round paradise for beachgoers, cross country skiers, weddings, and much more.
Giant stone patio overlooking the ocean with patio furniture and loungers. Equipped with full BBQ. Large flat grass area equipped with bonfire pit on the oceans edge. Outdoor Covered porch for late-night board games and ping pong.

This Seaside Retreat is great for large family's multiple couples and much more. Paddleboards are available for those glassy mornings. Tons of wildlife, great snorkeling. Hubbards weekend Market is a treat.

Lovely large property perfect for several families. Lovely beach access and spacious and comfortable living and sleeping, would definitely book again!

The house was excellent. All eleven of us fitted in very well. The only shortcoming was the access to the beach, which was further than expected and over difficult rocks.

The house was beautiful and beach steps away. The kitchen was really well appointed. You could find everything you could think of. My family also enjoyed the pingpong tournaments. Great for grandma and granddaughters.

Great family vacay!

Two families of 5 had an awesome beach vacation! The beach was a nice two min walk from the house. Large open space for the kids to play and plenty of room for everyone to have their own bed. We hope to make it back one day!

Great location beautiful house

We hosted Thanksgiving for our family! The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal for 10 people +. Lovely location, all beds were comfortable and the house was super clean. The host was quick to respond for any questions. We’d love to go come back again!

Very Nice home with Great Ocean Views

This house was very spacious and was very well stocked. There was numerous kids toys to play with and having the beach a few minute’s walk away was great. The beach was a little rocky, but if you walk further down it got better. All in all the house was great and I recommend staying there.

Great space for a family group. Lots of lounging places. Comfy beds. Great location. Listing said there was a hot tub but we did not find it. No hooks or places to hang towels or clothes in bedrooms.

Great location & home but some amenities fell short

No hot tub even though the listing says there is one. Only one king bedroom on main floor, not two. Hard for 10 people sleeping upstairs to share only one bathroom. No hooks or hangers for clothes or towels in the bathrooms/bedrooms. Construction occurring on neighbouring lot by owner. Kitchen was well stocked and the home itself is lovely with stunning ocean views.

A great place for family

The overall impression was good. However, there was lack of attention to details in some aspects. There was no pool table as stated in the list of amenities, but we had fun playing ping pong. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots, cutlery and extra spices and some food items The barbecue required cleaning. Cushions on outdoor furniture had been left out in the rain and were wet when we arrived. It would have been nice and welcoming to have some flowers in the flowerbed out front. We enjoyed the location by the beach and overall had a great time.

Perfection

We had a two week stay in this beautiful property. We have been coming home to Nova Scotia for 22 years and this was one of the best spots yet! This was a two week quarantine for us so the amenities of the property were essential. We had everything we needed in a luxurious atmosphere. The views everyday were spectacular. Right on Cleveland Beach so those who want to swim and paddle board, this home couldn’t be better. Close to the city for exploration. Thank you! We are grateful to have discovered this property.
