Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

You agree to keep the Tiny House and all furniture, fixtures and effects in and around the Tiny House the same state of repair and condition .
Same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the rental period, save and except for ordinary wear and tear.
