About this property

The Studio St Clair ~ Architectural Guest House

Our modern architectural guest house is located in the trendy Dunedin suburb of St Clair.
Just 5 minutes away from white sand beaches, world-famous surf, golf, heated salt-water pools, & an array of restaurants & bars.
Either roll straight out of bed & onto the golf course, work-cation in style just 10 minutes drive from the city center, or use this as a base to explore the scenery & wildlife of the Otago Peninsula, home to albatross, seals, the yellow-eyed penguin, & Larnach Castle.
Please note there is a honey bee hive on the property and there is a locked off cupboard door in the laundry area for cleaners use only.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please crack the bedroom window and one in the kitchen to help air the unit between guests
Doggo owners please pick up all poop
Turn off all heating; living room ceiling panel controller located on the wall by cook top, free standing heaters, and the underfloor in the bathroom by towel rail, turn off towel rail also.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You must supply your own pet bed and food and water bowls - no pets on the bed or couch, please.
