Really nice stay.
This was a really nice place to stay. Beautiful ocean breeze kept the place cool in spite of no AC, which we did not miss. Nice view from balcony of the ocean and historic ruins.
Prince Kuhio resort is not new but very well maintained. We loved our stay here

All the comforts of home!
Our experience renting this condo was wonderful! Seemed so easy, I was worried we might arrive on Kauai with no place to stay. Nope, no problems or glitches. Our condo was clean and comfortable. It even had beach towels and plenty of hangers in the closet. The fully equipped kitchen and in-room washer and dryer were big pluses. The landscaping and pool were lovely and refreshing. Great beach right across the road. Only minus was no a/c so we were HOT! Fans helped cool the condo. Great place to stay!
6 days in Wailua
Great property, very well updated and decorated, excellent condition. Does not have in-unit washer dryer, just know in advance. There are facilities on the property though, but we did not try them. Complex is very quiet, and clearly very well managed and attended to. Pool is great. Every beach toy in closet with 2 beach chairs. View from lanai is awesome. Do know though that unit is aligned such that if weather is warm, you’ll need a NE wind to get good breeze through the unit. So summer weather can be a bit warm inside.
Prince Kuhio 317 has a stacking washer/dryer in the unit. It can get warm any time of the year when the tradewinds stop.

Completely listed with pictures as advertised! Very happy with it. Very clean property! Very clean apartment and addressed every one of our needs! Would totally stay there again!
