Convenient and Comfortable

The rooms are big with large comfy bed. Very neat and tidy all the way from lounge to lifts to rooms. Very quiet location, peaceful but with plenty of shops in walking distances. Little far from the Venice canals but transportation is available. Overall a great stay

Nothing special, Overpriced for the quality of the room. Employees were not very keen in helping and answering questions. Only good service received by Fabiola and Sara. And Madelena from the assisting team. Breakfast nothing special.

The air conditioner was not working it it was really hot. We spent two very uncomfortable nights even if we contacted the help desk several times. The hotel looks like an old factory. The rest area was very modern and clean. But the room was not

It was awful! Due to the refrigerant gas leak in our room! When we requested maintenance to come (we thought it was ammonia) no one came up to our room on the 2nd floor. We couldn’t breathe well and exited into the hallway. House keeping was a few doors down and she came in to assist us. Upon entering the room she immediately called the front desk, opened the window and proper the door open. I went down to request another room and then returned to repack all of our belongings. We had to make several trips and as soon as I stepped out of the elevator the gas smell was very strong! At this point housing keeping had removed the door prop due to the gas was entering the hall. After we settled into our new room, my husband went back downstairs to get some ice. He saw the night manager and requested for her to come to room. She stated they don’t use ammonia to clean.! However once she entered she was shocked by the gas oder! I use up all night and I was unable to sleep due to a severe headache and threw up 3 times! In the morning I requested to speak to the day manager. She stated she was aware of the problem and found out it was the mini fridge and it was leaking. With that said NO ONE ever asked about how we were doing or feeling! She was unable to provide us any sort of compensation! Due to the fact we used Expedia as our agent and it was up to them. If they would credit us back one night she would approve it. However, when Expedia tried to contact her she was unavailable.

When we booked rooms at hotels, there was no option to buy breakfast included. Moment when you check-in they don’t give you any info about breakfast price which is (15) euros, and the next day in the morning they ask you (20) euros because you are kinda paying late.
