Great location with lots of room space and all facilities.

Very clean and close to many markets and shops

Enjoyed our stay. Although the rooms were on the small side, there is plenty of storage space to tuck bags and luggage away. Great view of the harbour and plenty of restaurants in the area.

Great apartment, great amenities, great views and great location in Melbourne CBD.

We were met at reception by the most customer service oriented person we have ever encountered, ever! His name was Shail ( I hope I speed his name correctly) He explained what to expect in great detail. He directed us to the indoor parking of the hotel. He explained the amenities of the hotel. He told us of the area, shops, restaurants, how to use the bus/tram. Every organization should have a Shail! Well done!

Good location, great staff. They didn’t have the twin beds set up, as I requested when I made the booking, but a member of the staff came quickly and set up another bed at no extra cost. Gym is nice, sauna needs to be hotter.

Travelled to Melbourne with family to see the city sites and go to some vineyards. Loved the 2 bedroom 2 bath configuration and the kitchen and dining rooms were spacious.

This room seemed newly renovated. Everything was very clean and the bed (and room in general) was very comfortable. It was close to main transportation and across from a beautiful park that is perfect for laying in the sun and reading a book. The balcony was lovely too. Oh, and the TV had tons of quality channels.
