We are so thankful that we had this place to stay for a month! They were very understanding (especially when my two very young children were throwing temper tantrums). They were quick to answer any of our questions and/or concerns. They had all the amenities we needed, and the location is great. Thanks for having us, Peyman and family!

Nestled in the heart of Toronto, this 1-bedroom condo at Yonge and Sheppard exceeded expectations in every aspect. The living room, adorned with a plush sofa and a Smart TV, offers a perfect retreat, complemented by expansive windows framing vibrant views of Yonge and Sheppard. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area cater to discerning tastes, turning meal preparation into an enjoyable experience. The bedroom, a serene sanctuary, boasts a plush bed, blackout curtains, and thoughtful details for optimal comfort. What truly sets this Vrbo apart is its prime location. Within walking distance to a plethora of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, and with a nearby subway station, it serves as an ideal base for both business and leisure travelers. It was a rental for my 97 year old mother while we were renovating her home. It fit the bill. Nice layout, good room sizes, wood-burning fireplace and an walk out to the backyard. My only complaint:- a family is living upstairs and they were very noisy in the morning and around dinner time. There is no sound proofing between floors so you can hear everything. If you're looking for a quiet place this may be a challenge. Also be aware that if you book more than 28 days you don't pay tax on your stay. The host did not know this so when we extended out stay a couple of days to 30 days we lost out because we paid the extra tax of $550 ish initially. I don't know why this is not in bold type on all listings...Also be aware that if you live in Ontario you can write this off on your taxes as a Staycation - I believe its 20%
