Knightsbridge houses

We stayed at this property to cap off a great visit to London. It is close to Victoria and Paddington, and close to shopping, cafes and restaurants. Also a short walk from the tube.

We had the best time in London. This apartment was in the best location and so close to be able to easily get around all of the city. Best of all it’s a clean, safe, quiet neighborhood. Perfect to come back to after a day of touring. We also loved that the apartment gave us room to spread out, a proper living room to relax at the end of the day and a kitchen to prepare meals. Laurent was such a great host and always responded quickly. He even provided us with some groceries to get us started. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to London and recommend this apartment to families looking for a similar experience.

This was a great place to stay during our trip. The top floor was very hot but we didn't see there was a hidden AC unit until we were packing up. AC in the bedrooms worked great. Short walk to the tube and groceries. Only comment would be that the stairs are steep and it's split between 3 levels so i would not recommend this personally for toddlers, elderly or people who can't carry bags and groceries up. Our 6 year old was careful and was ok.

I don’t typically take the time to write a review, but our stay at this house in London was incredible and warrants providing some comments. We have stayed at many high-end VRBO properties across the US and Europe and this is the best experience we have ever had, both with the property itself and the hosts. Jay and Margot were incredible and treated us more like family than a renter of their home. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay in London. They live in the neighborhood, so their recommendations for local restaurants in Chelsea and South Kensington were all excellent. The home is beautifully decorated and furnished, and has comfortable high-quality mattresses and bedding and modern bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with top tier appliances and all the kitchenware and glassware you will need. The private garden is lovely and a bonus that you don’t typically get in London. And the location is excellent, within a short walk to lots of restaurants and shops, a 10-minute walk to the South Kensington tube station, and a 20-minute walk to Hyde Park. I highly recommend this property and we will be back on our next trip to London!

Absolutely wonderful stay in this exquisite little flat! Perfect location and just as described in the posting. Fantastic amenities nearby and a very safe area of London. The property manager was terrific and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

unfortunately we stayed in a heat wave and only.3 of the 7 bedrooms had AC so a few of the guys mived to a Hotel, otherwise the property was great

The location and all aspects of the property were just as described. Unfortunately our flight arrived early in the morning and we had to store our suitcases at the train station at a cost of 112 pounds because we were not able to leave them at the house. We then had to go back to the train station and walk the suitcases home. I would say that was the only drawback of renting this house. If there had been a way to use one of the rooms to store the luggage as we toured the city until checkin, it would have made a world of difference to us. Adrienne was always prompt to get back to me and was very detailed about all aspects of London. We really enjoyed our stay
