James and Claudia made us extremely welcome and the cottage suited our needs very well. Nice central location for a number of enjoyable attractions including the Irish National Stud.

We absolutely loved Kinnitty. This town is the central location for touring Ireland. Our host Christina was marvelous and we only regret missing her play at the local pub as we were away that night. Her home is totally self sufficient and she was a superb host. We loved getting to know Kinnitty and the area. If you are able to hike and enjoy exploring this is an ideal base. The local folks we met in the pub are now our forever friends. We cannot rate this stay any higher A+++. Thanks Christina and thank you Kinnitty. We will be back!

My wife, daughters and spouses spent 10 days at the Kinnity home and enjoyed it. The house has character and each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom. There is some learning to do to keep the fireplace running, and to ensure hot water supply with the electrical back up, but once done we were well pleased. On the third Wednesday of the month local musicians come to play at the Slieve Bloom pub/lounge next door. It is a real treat to see the younger musicians from 6 till 8 pm and then the adults mixed with young from 10 till 2 am. Say high to Kieran and Sean at the lounge!
