I purchased Paradise Villa as it ticked all the boxes, Paradise Gardens was well known as an award-winning location and a desirable area for tourists, it was close enough to all the main attractions including Bar Street and the Harbour both far enough away to enjoy a peaceful holiday. I was looking for a home and not simply a place just to rent. I visited Cyprus over 15 years ago and fell in love with the Cypriot Lifestyle and of course the delightful all year good weather.

Paradise Villa is the largest plot and most private in Paradise Gardens 4. Occupying the most private last position is a great advantage as it's not overlooked and backs onto open fields, this is great if you value your privacy - See Video link from this site. The Villa has 3 large double bedrooms all with air conditioning Internet is Free - 20mb downstream, 2mb upstream - Wifi / Cable UK TV via. IPTV FILMON.TV - 100's of channels / films
