Our platform messaging system helps you communicate more securely with travellers. Both incoming enquiries from travellers and your enquiry responses now go through a secure, private system that helps protect you and your travellers from phishing and identity theft.
As a result, email communications now come from an anonymous Vrbo or HomeAway email address. You can still email back and forth with your travellers from your email inbox or you owner dashboard as you do today. Please note, we will display a traveller's email contact information after the booking is accepted.
