Coral Bay apartments

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at Richard's fantastic apartment in July/Aug 2025. The apartment is huge and the outdoor spaces are amazing. The sunroom is another great space. 3 very good sized bedrooms and for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 9) it was more than comfortable for us. The apartment is so well equipped with everything we could need. Vast numbers of towels, spare bed linen and kitchen equipment. The water dispenser was very welcome in the middle of summer as was the air conditioning throughout.The complex is great, very quiet at night and the pool is fantastic. Some lovely people made our stay even better. Tony the taxi driver lives on the complex, such a nice guy, gave us access to the apartment on arrival and also took to us to various places. He also did the airport runs for us.We didnt hire a car, just used taxis and when this wasnt Tony there are a couple of taxi apps which worked very well.Communication with Richard from booking and then throughout was excellent. Paphos is a great place and if we return we really hope we can stay here again. Very highly recommended.

We absolutely loved the apartment and the complex. It has a great atmosphere with stunning views front and back of the apartment, on one side looking over the open countryside and hills you can watch the sun rise while at the front you can watch the sun set over Peyia and the sea. It has a great pool for swimming lengths and keeping fit. We stayed I month and felt part of a lovely community. Christian is a great host, so friendly and helpful with lots of very useful advice and tips to help your stay. In fact all the staff we met were so lovely and friendly. We were so sad to leave but will definitely be back to stay as soon as we can!

This well-equipped apartment is exactly as described - if anything a little larger than anticipated, all laid out and equipped to a high standard, constant hot water and ways to heat / cool the apartment depending on your need, makes the stay a relaxing one. The outdoor balconies and spaces are a bonus to relax in.The complex itself is great with shops, an excellent coffee shop and fantastic restaurants all within 5 minutes walk. We found the complex to be quiet and all the locals to be friendly and engaging. The walk to the seafront is less than 5 mins and you can walk to several beaches and into the harbour (about 15 mins stroll) from this point.We hired a car after arriving (unplanned) and Simon made it easy for us to access the secure carpark. The apartment has lots of information about the immediate (and surrounding) area which is also super helpful for anyone who is there for the first time.Approximately 15 mins from the airport, this really is a perfect base to explore Pahos from and we will definately look to rebook if we return to Paphos!!

Panos was an excellent host, despite a late arrival at his apartment he was there to welcome us. He also recommended some local restaurant which were all superb. The apartment was clean and well kept and the location was fantastic... highly recommended!
