A perfect apartment for a short stay. Well appointed, clean and very helpful owner/manager.

Weather was really good which added to the good feel for the accommodation. The apartment was comfortable and clean. We arrived late at night so it would have been great to have had milk included in the very nice welcome pack on arrival. Staff were very helpful with our requests.

We wanted a base to explore Cyrus without the bustle of a big town, with the freedom of self-catering and a pleasant location. Helios Bay was perfect for all of these. There is a good swimming pool, lawn for relaxing, gym, sauna, table tennis etc. A car made exploring easy, but buses are frequent: the 615 runs every few minutes along the coast road between Coral Bay and Paphos. There's a good seafront walk to Paphos. There are several restaurants nearby. We didn't get past Siennas (next door). It is a wonderful traditional restaurant serving excellent Cypriot/Greek food with very helpful staff. The prices are very reasonable. If you are scuba divers, or want a try-dive use Abyss Dive Centre (25m away). Nicos, Alexai and colleagues are brilliant. Well maintained equipment, very safe procedures and excellent customer care.

We stayed at Ktima for a week in early November and it was everything we had hoped it would be and more! The accommodation is in very well-kept converted old stone house with a lovely shared pool area surrounded by fir trees and overlooking the mountains. The apartment itself is fairly basic but modern and clean and has everything you might need for a weeks stay - a really comfortable bed, a great shower and a simple kitchen (there is only a hob however no oven or microwave which might have been useful). Droushia is a lovely and quiet village with friendly locals and very pretty traditional houses and taverns. We visited out of season so barely saw any other tourists however I can imagine in the summer months it could get quite busy as there is a popular hotel nearby. Finally we would just like to thank Themis - the incredibly kind lady who is in charge of housekeeping at Ktima. She was always on hand if we needed anything and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ktima and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, cosy and peaceful place to stay in Cyprus.

Very clean, looks like a brand new hotel. We found the previous reviews re the standard of breakfast to be surprising in that there was good choice, and the standard was fine. The breakfast room was always kept very clean, no plates lying around and the staff were only too pleased to help. Plenty of sunbeds and good quality not all broken as suggested in some reviews. Bar was good and 9 to 10 happy hour for half priced cocktails was nice. Reception staff were also very helpful, well done everyone.

Villas are all private and in an excellent location for coral bay or paphos. The villa has everything you need and good wifi and decent sized pool

Great location and amenities. All staff were lovely. Highly recommended
