Very well equipped and clean but when stripping beds Single beds could do with a clean on woodwork/slatsA clothes prop would of been good and washing machine had dirty clothes in and tumble dryer full time off fluff that hadn’t been cleaned Main disappointment was court yard needed a good weed and sweep Sawdust even on seating area left by workers doing fence or making seating areaEverything else lovely but not much of a view

Beautiful and extremely comfortable. Hosts could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Easy comfort crowned by the hot tub. Also especially pleasing was the availability of an outside three pin plug to allow EV or PHEV charging.Back garden wonderful with views across to Tremcrom Hill

This was a last minute booking as the property I'd booked fell through.The property is not the prettiest from the outside, could do with a tidy up (jet wash?) in the shared courtyard. But location is fabulous! We were able to walk from beach in wet suits and beaches, town, harbour is all right there.House itself was great, 3 floors with toilrts/bathrooms on each floor which was reslly handy with a gull house. House is nicely done up with everything you need. We loved the pictures apart from top Kingsize/twin room was a bit dark. Double room was really pretty.Kitchen had everything, we had to move crockery/pots around to make space for our food as no free cupboard for this. Minor, minor things though, overall we had a fantastic stay and would stay again. Walk in reinforced shower and tub/hangers for wetsuits was really handy. Washer/dryer worked well. A note about how to use heatingvwould have saved going through all the booklets.Thanks for a great stay, St. Ives we love you

Great place to stay. Ready beautiful accommodation, warm and cosy, great views to Godrevy Lighthouse and Hayle beach. Just 10 mins walk to town center (but uphill on the way back!). Would definitely recommend staying here.

This cottage is a hidden gem. Everything about it is spot on. It's a great location for the beach, bars and restaurants. Sarah the host was very helpful with everything, from directions, recommendations and all manner of information. Would really recommend.

A very relaxing stay the veiw was amazing

Wir haben eine Woche im August in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie entspricht genau der Beschreibung, die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und alles ist da, was man braucht. Wir kamen unerwartet spät an, deshalb hat uns besonders gefreut, dass zum Empfang Milch im Kühlschrank war, auch Teebeutel und Kaffeepulver. Etwas schwierig war das Parken. In der zum Parken angegebenen Straße wurden wir zweimal von Anwohnern aufgefordert dort nicht zu parken. Insgesamt hat es uns super gefallen und wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Contact with owner was fast and efficiently The location of this property can not be beaten there is no where so central in st ives, every one around was so friendly Compact house but everything we needed was there - no complants from us
