Newton Ferrers cottages

Junket Cottage is a real gem of a place. From the communication with Linda a week before our stay to leaving this morning everything was perfect. Met Linda when we arrived, unfortunately the neighbouring house had parked in our spot, we used the bollards once that was sorted.Beds very comfortable, plenty of hot water and cooking facilities of all types enabled us to enjoy our dinners too. Our old neighbours have moved to Newton Ferrers and I hope we’re able to revisit junket cottage again.

Absolutely amazing stay, Russell and as great with his communication and help….even on the morning we left he text to say would need to come in via a different road as the wind had cause havoc to the caravan park next door. The loft is absolutely perfect, right by the beach and beautiful walks.The kids loved it and so did we. Can’t wait to come back again

Sweet cottage, right on road but very quiet as not much passing traffic. No outside space but yuu can take your tea/coffee to the waters edge

Lovely clean large accommodation.

Spacious apartment in lovely South Devon cove with a view overlooking one of the sandy beaches, which was reasonably safe for weak swimmers, although a lifeguard was probably needed at times. Only one good bar, but with Salcombe just a short drive away this wasn’t a problem.

Lovely spacious property with the best views of the bay. Clean & comfortable and in the heart of the villages. Direct personal access to the beach. Thought the spiral staircase may be an issue for the less mobile or dog, but not a problem. We ran out of toilet paper early on in our stay and no soap so had to buy locally. An extra towel per room would have been nice but overall a great experience.

Comfortable, clean, very well equipped, great value for money. Only downside was difficulty in the access to unloading /loading bay. We had a transit van.

We had a wonderful stay at Junket Studio. Junket Studio is in a fantastic location with fabulous views down and across the river Yealm. As soon as we entered the studio we just knew that we would have a great week. The Studio is stylish and well equipped. Linda the owner of the studio is an extremely good host and could not have been more welcoming
