Outstanding experience from beginning to end. Hosts went above and beyond. From arriving at the gorgeous villa and greeted in person by Helena we were all blown away with the property and the generosity of our hosts. Having had a late arrival, to find not only a selection of cheese and meats, home made wine and olive oil! Exceptional presentation of the villa. Everything you would expect from a high class property and more, an ice machine was greatly appreciated! Great communication and recommendations. Would definitely recommend.

12 Adult guests had a wonderful time at the property. A perfect place to put on some music, eat good food and chill by the pool. When the temperature dips at night, the jacuzzi was a perfect addition. The owners of the property are extremely friendly and accommodating to check in and check out times. I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of a getaway with a group of friends. 10/10

The stay was great, a small neighbourhood that was very quiet, the villa was lovely and clean and decorated beautifully. A taxi or bus ride into split which is around 25/30 minutes and super close to the airport, the host can recommend a father and son taxi duo which were very reasonable. The host cooked us a freshly baked breakfast for us one morning with was a lovely touch. All 8 of us said we would 100% return! Thank you

The villa is beautifully appointed. We were comfortable throughout our stay. The garden with heated pool is a delight with areas to sit out of the sun if required. There are some good restaurants nearby. The villa is convenient for the airport (16mins drive). Split by train is very easy. The station is 8 minutes walk away. Also convenient for visiting sites nearby. We were very happy. The villa is difficult to find as it is best entered from another road other than the true address! (The villa has 2 gates!). The apartment was absolutely spotless and very well equipped. Everything was provided, loo roll, wash powder. dishwasher tablets, the owners had thought of everything. The only minor criticism, a toaster would have been useful. Public transfer to/from the airport and Split is literally 2 minutes away and the walk along the Kastela is beautiful. A lot of useful information was provided including walking maps which we were unable to find in the UK. Two large tvs, never used, we spent every evening on the balcony. The owners were so kind and friendly, the perfect hosts. We will definitely return to this apartment. 10/10

This villa itself is absolutely stunning, and has an incredible view out over the water and surrounding landscape. Everything was super new and well maintained, bedrooms really comfortable and with an amazing wrap around terrace. Although a bit of a steep walk, could walk down to the coast in about 20-25 minutes to beach / bars / restaurants, and was pretty easy to get ubers from nearby into Split or other towns. Pool was amazing - has steps along two sides which was great for sitting in, and loungers for the whole group. Great gym / games garage room, and tons of kitchen space. A few areas for improvement include having some more general essentials in the house such as pool/beach towels, basic seasoning (eg. salt and pepper) and cooking oils, things like this. Another thing it would have been great to know about in advance is that the road that Google maps will tell you to take up to the villa is almost undriveable - it is extremely steep and loose stone, and in a regular manual car it took 4 attempts to get up when only 1 person was in the car, and ubers refused to go up the road. There is a better way but it is still not a brilliant road, so instructions around the route to take and condition of the road would have been very helpful so we could prepare and get a more appropriate car type and take the better route. It would also have been good to know in advance about the people who would come to maintain the pool / hot tub, as we got a bit of a shock the first time someone just walked in! Something to be aware of is also that the pool area is open so anyone could walk in from the road (although it's not a busy area so we didn't experience this). But overall we loved the villa and would be really happy to stay again as it's so beautiful and there's so much space for a big group.

We were a family of 6 and found this property a delight. The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean ... even better than the pictures. The pool area is lovely and private with peach and plum trees overhanging the steps down to it. Visnja is very responsive and very welcoming, happy to offer help and suggestions but also very respectful of privacy. We had a car which was useful because the property is set back on a height about a 20 minute walk from the main waterfront where the beaches, shops and restaurants are. This would be a tough walk in the heat and it was fun to be able to visit Split Old Town, Trogir and some of the other surrounding Kastels which are a short drive away. The only downside I can think of is that there are plenty of mosquitoes in the area but Visnja was very kind in giving us some of her homemade repellent. Overall we had a very enjoyable week in a lovely property and if you don’t mind being a little bit away from the hustle and bustle we highly recommend this.
