Wow what a place! If you want a modern, sleek style close to a an atmospheric town then Villa Nike is for you.From the outset this trip was perfect. Great communication from Kristina and Željko, who welcomed us at the property even though it was late in the evening.The villa is amazing. Tastefully decorated, the villa has everything you need. From spare googles and mosquito spray to USB chargers. Freshly picked figs from the garden and a beautiful platter of food were really appreciated. It’s these little details that make such a difference. Villa Nike is a perfect size (we were 3 adults and a 17 year old) for a family with plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the living area was perfect. The pool was gorgeous and great for either a swim or splash around. The view from the house is stunning. With the Adriatic Sea in the distance and the mountain overlooking Omiš to your left you could spend hours just looking out at the amazing scenery. A ten minute drive took you to Omiš. A beautiful town which has a mix of old and new. The old town was full of atmosphere with great places to eat in the winding alleys. Full of families it felt safe and welcoming and we enjoyed our evening strolls along the river and beach.If you’re looking for a relaxing break or for a vibrant place, Villa Nike is the place to go as it has something for everyone. Quiet location, glorious views, 10 minutes to Omis & 25 minutes to Split with so much to do. Would recommend to anybody..

A beautiful property in Omis - the views are incredible, the stylish villa is beautifully presented and furnished. The pool area is stunning. Mario and Branka couldn't be more helpful and as owners it shows how much they care - they are great super hosts and always responsible. Highly recommend. We were two families of three staying in this absolutely fantastic villa. Marina met us on check in and helped us navigate up a very hilly entrance in our hire cars, but my word was it worth it! This was the best view of any villa I have ever stayed at, wonderful combination of open Adriatic Sea and Dalmatian Mountains. Marina left us some lovely welcome items and even left us a lovely treat mid week after cleaning the amazing pool! We cannot overstate how great this location is, a VIlla but withing walking distance of several good restaurants and beach bars but also totally private. The standard of decor and fixtures in the property is top class. It is clear the owners take immense pride in the property. We would not hesitate to recommend this Villa. Absoultely amaxing with a great and friendly host to help you through all steps!

Fabulous villa with a modern design. Host was superb and could not do enough to ensure our stay went smoothly. Area was convenient and clean with some good local bars. I would recommend this for families and friends who still want to be in reach of busy towns but need their own space.

Beautiful setting, lovely villa that was very clean, light and airy, and had great amenities- Ana and Goran go the extra mile to make sure the villa is a fantastic holiday experience. There was a very welcoming spread when we arrived which was much appreciated!

From the moment we booked this beautiful villa until the moment we left, the owner, Denis, was so helpful and friendly. The villa is set in the hill-side of a small hamlet. The views through the valley are breath-taking and the only noises are of the birds, crickets, the wind through the olive trees and the haunting echo of the occasional cockrel from a neighbouring croft. The villa itself has all of the requirements for modern, comfortable living...with a large living area and kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, a large bathroom and a separate toilet and three large double bedrooms. The outside space is fantastic - with a lovely clean pool...a large seating area, as well as a badminton court, a swing and a gym. The garden grounds are full of Denis' home-grown fruit and vegetables which he encourages you to pick and eat...and we certainly did! Denis had provided us with his own delicious blackberry jam on our arrival, as well as his home-produced olive oil and cherry liqueur...and an assortment of seasonal fruit and vegetables. However, this was not the end of Denis' generosity....we were treated to a traditional meal cooked using traditional methods one evening and it was amazing!! The other 'host' we must not forget is Mitsco (probably spelt wrong but that seems to be the pronunciation) ...the most adorable, friendly cat who lives in one of the outside buildings in the villa grounds. He would greet us each morning with extensive news of his night time antics and potter around with us all day seeking fuss and food but never over-staying his welcome. The kids obviously wanted to take him home and he seemed quite keen on the idea too, as he kept hopping into the boot of our car when we were packing to leave! Away from the villa Denis also helped us arrange to go on the Zip Wire which is an absolute must...the views are stunning. He also helped us to go rafting and provided recommendations for other trips. This villa offers you the opportunity to experience the lives of these wonderful Croatian people and we felt it was an absolute privelege to be a part of their community just for a short time. Take a wander into the village of Svinisce and visit the beautiful church and do not miss out on a meal at the wonderful Kremenko with traditional meals...only a 20 minute walk away through the old village dating back 400 years. We cannot recommend the villa, Denis and this area highly enough. We were so sad to leave.
