Very impressed with the apartment which is well situated within an easy walk to the beach.The balcony on all four sides of the first floor is excellent to be or sometimes hide from the sun and aircon in all rooms is very welcome at night.One place you must visit is the ‘Rustic Garden’ restaurant which is very close - make a reservation for Saturday night though!

An excellent comfortable house to stay in, at the quieter end of the Old Town. Our host, Dimos, was charming and very helpful, with our late arrival, parking and recommendations for good places to eat. The house is on 4 floors. The terrace at the top was a great place place to relax.

Beautiful villa with breath taking views

This villa was incredible. It had everything we needed and more. The view from the back of the villa and garden was to die for. We spent every night watching the sun go down before heading into Chania. Marryellen the host was lovely and so very helpful with anything we needed. She even organised a personal driver for us who was reasonably prised and very reliable. We will definitely be back , so much to do and see in Chania.

A super relaxing trip full of amazing memories

Fantastic location for a stress free holiday for those who prefer not to drive whilst on holiday. A lovely quiet, safe neighbourhood within a few minutes walk of historical buildings, a huge variety of charming shops (including city shopping). The food was amazing, so much variety and very high quality with very memorable views and settings by the beautiful Venetian harbour. A couple of beaches close by and plenty of opportunity to have walks by the sea. So many cafes and restaurants to have a drink/lunch and laze away the afternoon. We enjoyed a charming carriage ride around Chania, as a huge animal lover it was lovely to see how well the horses are cared for by their proud owners and we wanted to support this. Our house felt like home for our 1 week stay, immaculately clean, brilliant use of space and beautiful interior decor. Maria and her husband were so helpful and a very tasty home cooked meal was much appreciated after a long day travelling. Brilliant !!

Fantastic oasis of calm in the heart of the old town

We had a lovely few days in this apartment. It is located in a very quiet alley in old town but within a few minutes walk of the bustling streets around the harbour. Nicole was excellent in communications online, giving us all the information we needed and Manoussos was a fantastic host on site. His relaxed, friendly manor and expert local knowledge really added to our trip. He couldn't have been more helpful, pointing us towards lots of things around the town that we wouldn't have noticed otherwise and helping us get the most out of our trip. The apartment has everything you need and expect with a lovely relaxed style. The table outside the door is a nice little bonus on a warm evening. There is a fantastic restaurant "The Well of the Turk" only 30 seconds walk away. We had a great meal there after arriving tired and hungry on our first night. The aparatment and hosts get five stars all round from us, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Stunning view of the Souda Bay. Very private location. Great property. Overall a very positive experience. The only negative comments i would say relate too the remote roadway leading to the property which was single track and at places steep. Taxi drivers were not always keen to access the location. Also getting off the single track road onto the main highway was not for the faint hearted.

Perfect Sanctuary

Beautiful apartment and terrace, beautiful gardens, with incredible views across Souda Bay towards the mountain. Comfortably furnished, well equipped and nice welcome pack in the kitchen. It’s very quiet and isolated but within easy reach of everything we needed. We’re returning home fully recharged and know it’s a place we’d like to return to time and again. The host is extremely welcoming and hospitable, provided a detailed information pack and maintained excellent contact

Another wonderful holiday in Crete

The property was a beautifully designed villa, modern and with all the facilities you could need, it was in easy reach of some lovely beaches and the town of Chania was 20 minutes away. I would like to make a special mention for the owner of the Villa Giannis. He was the perfect host, he was extremely friendly and helpful, bringing us fruit, fresh eggs etc the figs and grapes were particularly good and in addition he brought us some home cooked food, my wife particularly loved the stuffed vegetables. I would also like to mention the gardens at the villa which were beautiful and full of colour. This is definitely a five star villa and is and ideal stay for a relaxing holiday. Thank you Giannis
