A fantastic property in a lovely area. About an hour from either Heraklion or Chania airport, the apartment has everything you need. Good kitchen facilities, amazingly comfortable beds, a nice big lounge area and two balconies. The apartment complex is quiet and tidy. The pool is brilliant for small kids but not noisy or busy for adults who want to relax. Panormos is a lovely little town, about 5-10 mins walk away, and has lots of lovely restaurants and shops. A small rocky beach is 2 mins walk from the apartment and the sandy beach is about 5-7 mins walk away. There's a shop about 200 metres from the apartment and cheaper, larger supermarkets about 5-7 mins walk away. You can drive to Rethymno in 25 mins and there are other towns and beaches all about 10-15 mins drive away. We had the perfect holiday and recommend the apartment without reservation.

The property more than met our expectations and the kindness and hospitality of our host Amalia was exceptional. I would recommend the property whole heartedly the scenery, the facilities and the location were perfect for my wife and I on our second trip to Crete.

Once again we had a lovely holiday in Crete, returning to Roumeli. A great base to explore from. As last year the accommodation and facilities were spot on. Edward is always quick to respond if you have any questions but there were no issues for us. Just as good as the first time.

This villa is everything we wanted, needed and more. We stayed as an adult family of 3 for 2 ½ weeks late June into early July. We were greeted by Iannis, who showed us around and answered any questions we had, he’d installed a DVD player for us in advance as we’d asked before we arrived if there was one, and he tended the pool every 2 days before we even made our breakfast!!! Very discreet and quiet service. Iannis and Elias were very quick to respond to any issues and questions we had, the way they looked after us was really good – but ONLY when we needed it. Otherwise, we were left alone to enjoy a well appointed and spacious villa with good outdoor space and everything we needed for entertainment; 3 TVs, large bathroom with jacuzzi, lovely big bedrooms (best holiday sleeps we’ve had!) and a well-equipped kitchen with plentiful utensils and crockery etc. On arrival, the fridge had water, a bottle of wine, conserve, butter, crispbreads and fruit, which was lovely. The washing machine is a good one and cleans well. Outside, the pool is plenty big enough, lovely clover lawn, there is a shower and a great barbecue. 4 sunbeds, 2 easy chairs, great big glass-topped table & chairs under a useful canopy. Highly recommended, best villa we’ve had in 30 years of travelling to Greece.

We loved our stay at the villa the place is perfect for a couples getaway who want to be in a quite area but only a short drive to the town of Rethimno for night life, shops watersports etc. The cleaner Anna does a fantastic job on the property keeping it absolutely spotles even gave ys some home made goats cheese . Vasilis our host was fantastic brought us a gift of home made Raki and some other things, he is a very attentive host, there was an issue with air con he did all he could to fix it as swiftly as possible i cant speak highly enough of him. And a further note i would add if u are staying here u must go to the taverna at top of hill such a fantastic place so friendly with great food these are vasilis cousins and a must visit for sure. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 10 OUT OF 10 SERIOUSLY

Just an incredible place, just outside of Bali (in our opinion you need a car but is walkable in about 20 ish minutes) in the middle of the hillside and all you can here is the sound of the bells hanging around the goats neck on the hillside. It is truly amazing. The villa was spotless and we were welcomed like old friends and looked after all the way through our stay. We were welcomed with lots of goodies from wine, coffee, milk and fruit. I cannot reccommend this place enough its amazing !

The whole experience at the villa was outstanding, from the moment we booked and received excellent service to the the ease of check in to the assistance while we stayed. Nothing was a problem for Etouri and George!! The villa was cleaned twice weekly which was an absolute treat. The gardens were beautifully kept and maintained. The local town is small and quiet but had a romance to it, especially Andira and Manous the excellent host. Cannot promote it enough. It is rural so you need a car but everything is within easy reach. Highly recommend the beach club and the catamaran days!
