The property is in a terrace but the pool area is private and the area was quiet during our stay, access and parking were easy. The house is well equipped (large screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, crockery etc) and we made use of the cooking facilities as we found Costa Calma lacking in good, reasonably priced, restaurants. Overall, we found the house clean and comfortable, especially the beds, though the shower could have been more thoroughly cleaned hence our score of 4 out of 5 on this aspect. We had enjoyable weeks stay and made good use of the heated pool (26 degrees), if we come to the island in the future we would consider staying again at this property.

This property is a great option for visiting the north and centre of the island. If you're considering it then presumably you've already decided you don't want to stay in the horrors that are Corralejo or Calete de Fuste and this place just outside Lajares is ideal. El Cotillo and the incredible dunes south of Corralejo are a short drive away and the various museums in the centre of the island as well as the lovely town of Betancuria are less than an hour. It's about 90 minutes to get to Sotavento in Jandia so that's maybe too far. The property is very quiet, a couple of problems we had were swiftly fixed and it was very comfortable. The kitchen is sparsely equipped but we managed to cook reasonably well for ourselves for 10 days. The internet connection is good and with the right kit you can get Netflix or whatever on your phone and cast to the TV.

Great customer service, awesome house and garden. Quite location in a peaceful residential area a short, pleasant walk to bars and restaurants. The bars and restaurants are not obvious unless you look for them. They are on the way to the volcano walk. All in all a great place to stay.

Very friendly owner and well equipped villa with everything you need for a family stay. Would have liked a couple more sun loungers, the little ones loved the pool. We had a wonderful stay thanks Matthias.

This was are first stay at this charming villa. Situated in a residential area. The Villa was clean and comfortable with modern furniture and white goods in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms accessible but not wheelchair friendly . The manager, Maria was friendly and willing to accommodate our request for a welcome pack and other things we asked for. The downside to our stay was poor maintenance and general upkeep of the property. The paint was peeling in places and there was an issue with the patio doors not locking, although that issue was addressed quickly.The BBQ couldn’t be cleaned of spent coals as the ash door was jammed in due to the bars being bent and damaged. The outdoor dining furniture was rusty and very uncomfortable to use, there was a large table tennis table but no net, this also doubled up to sit and eat your bbq food at. There is a fair walk to the end of this road to get to the rubbish bin area, so be prepared. The pool table in the games room was damaged in places and no markings on the cloth, although these things are ‘ little issues’ they should be attended to or reflected in the price of the rental. Yes we would stay here again but this lovely villa needs some TLC if it’s going to command the price and be competitive with others in the area.

My husband and I stayed mid March just for a week in Corralejo. We were familiar with Corralejo so were aware we were a bit of a walk into the main hub of the town (40 minutes along the beach..about 30 minutes along the road at a very slow ambling pace!) which for us made it ideal! The nearest supermarket was about 10-15 minute walk. The villa was clean and welcoming.....with possibly the most comfortable bed ever!!! All facilities at the villa were excellent...there is nothing we felt was missing. If we come back to Corralejo this is where we would choose to stay and would recommend to other couples or those with young children. Thank you Myriam ....we had a totally relaxing week!

We can recommend the house to you without reserve. Everything was just right for our family.
