Playa Flamenca houses

Just returned from a weeks stay and cannot fault the villa at all. Absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. The terrace and pool area is amazing and even has inflatables for you to use. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you need. Fully air-conditioned throughout. Nearest supermarket and bars are a 10 minute walk away. Elsa met us at the property and is a great host. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

The apartment is located on a gated community complex which is only a 2 minute walk to the "La Zenia shopping centre". The apartment is very modern and very well decorated throughout. It had everything that we could possibly need during our stay,although we never used the oven or washing machine. It had a lovely patio area which was just outside the glass sliding doors to the rear, it has artificial grass,With 2 sun loungers and also a garden sofa and 2 chairs, which were great to sunbathe on or to sit outside on during the early evening whilst having a few cold beers. The complex overlooked the swimming pool,which is probably the best pool area that we have ever seen on our previous visits to this area. There are plenty of restaraunts,Bars and supermarkets close by too. There is also a gated car park if you book a hire car during your stay. The checking in & out process was great. We couldn’t have asked for anymore from the property. It was beautiful and modern, immaculately clean, essentials left for us to get started and communication was first class! The surrounding area is very hilly and quite a distance from the beach but we hired a car so not a problem for us. Having our own pool was perfect!! Definitely hope to return again soon!

The house was clean and had absolutely everything that we needed for our weeks stay. The fully equipped kitchen was more than adequate, the gas barbecue got plenty of use, the pool was a big hit with the adults and children and it all added up to a really good holiday. Communication was very good, check in was made so easy by Karen (who lives over the road and is super helpful) We couldn't fault the place and will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 😎👍

What a Fantastic stay we have had at this property! Communication with the owners was great prior to arrival. On arrival we found very detailed welcome packs informing us of the local area, beaches, bars, shops etc we utilised the online shopping facility at the supermarket booked a shop to arrive a few hours after we arrived which was great! The vicinity of the apartment to the pool was a godsend with one child wanting to be in the pool ALL the time and one child preferring the shade a bit more! Lots of choices of bars and restaurants very close by. The upper terrace was just beautiful especially at night. I’ve never slept in a comfier double bed!!! And the little touches of the welcome drinks for when we arrived, children's games, inflatables to use really made it feel like a home from home! My husband commented on the way home that was the best holiday we’ve been on. Thank you xx

Overall we had a wonderful week's stay. The villa is fab with lots of outside space and seating areas. The BBQ was an additional bonus, although, if you don't want to cook, less than 200m away is a lovely restaurant called La Finca, which served lovely and reasonably priced food. There are also quite a few bars and restaurants within 10 mins walk down the road which also has an Iceland supermarket. A bit pricey though. The only issue we had was that the heated pool, which we loved, comes at an additional 70 euros for the week, which we have found no mention of in the listing, and was payable locally on arrival. We had no issues with this but you get the impression that the heated pool is included as part of the price when booking. Maybe a note could be added to property to highlight this.
