Very characterful little property in the middle of Baunei, a perfect base for exploring the local area.

Beautiful property, set on a hillside with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Well equipped and spotless. This villa catered for all our family needs with amenities a short drive away. I would highly recommend this property. would would happily return.would

The house is charming and has a really wonderful view of the sea. The owner - Ignazio, is very kind and nothing is a problem. Despite the fact that he only speaks Italian (we don't speak Italian), we somehow agreed on everything. There is a large selection of all types of beaches all around. The town is pleasant, rather quieter, but it has its own charm and we really liked it. Everything you need is there. We drove by car, we have small children, it's quite an uphill walk. But problem-free parking everywhere. At the time of our vacation there was a techno music festival in neighboring Arbatax (across the sea), lots and lots of loud "music" until the morning. We recommend finding out and avoiding this term. But that was for two days, otherwise it was quiet. We can highly recommend. Peter and his family.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely villa. It is beautifully maintained and we had everything we needed. Many thanks to the lovely owners!

Bruno the owner really made our stay, he is fantastico! Before we arrived he organised a few essentials and some freshly made pizzas as we were arriving late. The apartment had all you needed if you wanted to cook during your stay as we did. There are well stocked supermarkets a short drive away. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms have air conditioning. The pool setting is perfect, comfortable sun beds, a good sized pool and lovely views. Best of all, it was so peaceful! The apartment has lots of information on places to go and Bruno is always on hand for advice. A car is essential as public transport is not nearby but the roads are very quiet and there are stunning beaches, scenic gorges or forest covered mountain trails to visit not too far away. All in all a peaceful Agritourismo holiday nestled among the vineyards with a fantastic host Bruno, thank you Bruno.
