Great place to stay for 1 person or a couple. Amazing location with view of Ponte Vecchio and Arno river and at the doorstep of central Florence sights.The owner, Marusca, was a fantastic host. Communicated regularly and very helpful in pointing out the best places to shop, eat and drink. Arranged taxi on my behalf when leaving. Lovely lady!

Ideal for visiting the centre of Florence and an excellent convenient base to return to when a cooling off rest is welcome. Rachel is very helpful and am happy to recommend the apartment.

This compact apartment has a fantastic location a few metres from the Ponte Vecchio in Oltrarno. All three rooms look out on the river, the bridge, and the Uffizi, at about the height of the Vasari corridor. This means that you are sightseeing from home whenever you look out. On the river pass elite rowers, paddleboarders, and in the evenings, a sightseeing boat with a violinist. On the bridge, there is a busker most evenings. There is a good supermarket just across the street, some nice places to eat (including some with riverside tables) within a few steps of the front door, and almost all the main attractions are within a 20 minute walk. The host is a very kind and engaging person whom it was our great pleasure to meet. We waited for our children to grow up and leave for university before going on this long-planned art and history trip to Florence. The combination of pre-booking the first slots of the day for the museums and looking out from this apartment’s windows made it seem sometimes that we had fewer fellow visitors than we really did in May-June. When the bridge is lit up and the evening strollers thin out in numbers around midnight, it isn’t hard to look out at the Vasari corridor windows and imagine the Medici walking back home after an evening’s work in the Uffizi. The sight would’ve been about the same then as it is now.

This apartment is beautiful. It's tastefully decorated and has everything you need. The bed is extremely comfortable and has luxurious bedding. The location could not be more perfect and there is a simply stunning view from the roof terrace. The owner Luca was amazing. He gave us an incredible amount of information and suggestions. I had a query and he responded immediately. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Very nice little flat. Warm, very comfortable mattresses and linen, plenty of hot water. Location could not be any better; right in the middle of everything. The host recommended a restaurant, Trattoria Antellesi, which turned out to be friendly with great food and super wine.

Perfect for us. Didn’t trouble the cooker or dishwasher, local food is great, lively environment.

Absolutely lovely outdoor space 3km from the centre of Florence. Everything you could hope for whilst exploring the area.

We stayed 2 weeks in August, Pietro was a charming, gracious and thoughtful host, responding quickly to emails and making helpful suggestions of places to visit. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped, we were grateful for the 2 electric fans in the heat. It is located in a hill top village where there are 25 properties that share the pool and tennis court. We often had the pool to ourselves and the water was the perfect temperature. The views are absolutely stunning, it has an "away from it all" feel. We shopped in the Pam supermarkets which was 20 minutes away and we discovered some great restaurants. It is the ideal location from which to explore Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and many other beautiful towns and villages. It is worth noting that the 3rd bedroom is a mezzanine which is reached by climbing some stairs from the 2nd bedroom and the 3rd bedroom looks over the 2nd bedroom. The WiFi has a good connection but (at the time of writing) there was only 7 gb of data for each week. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this apartment very much
