部屋が広く、比較的きれいで全体的に好印象でした。立地も駅が近く大阪梅田からも一駅ですごく便利でした。広くて良いのですが、寝室からトイレ、シャワー室、食卓に行くのに玄関兼用の通路を通らねばならずそこが唯一不便でした。また、ゴミを捨てることができないのが不便でした。一週間の滞在となったので、ゴミをベランダ、玄関に積み上げていったので、冬だったのでまだマシでしたが、夏だと匂って大変だった方かと思います。 部屋の掃除、ゴミ出し等を考えると1週間前後以上の滞在には向きませんが、短期滞在には十分で良い物件で...
