Santa Barbara de Nexe rentals with pool

André is a wonderful host - obrigado! The villa is absolutely magnificent. Super clean, luxurious, well-equipped. My young family was very very happy here We have made some great memories.

Very spacious and comfortable for our family holiday - the large and deep pool was appreciated by our competitive youngsters and always very warm. An excellent two weeks in Casa Yaenos

We decided very last min to go on holiday this year and felt very blessed to find such a wonderful place to stay . A perfect retreat from life’s hustle and bustle the aptly named casa la Paz was spot on. It’s a short drive from Faro airport and tucked away down a dirt road and a semi rural area - very private with views of the surrounding countryside. The house itself was perfect for us and our kids. We spent a lot of time in the salt water pool and loved the peaceful space with the right mix of shade and sun- loved the hammock !! Also a really well equipped kitchen for self catering and we loved playing boules each night .Also enjoyed some movie nights using chrome cast on the TV. There are lovely surrounding towns and markets to visit and the coast is a short 20-30 min drive- Ihla de Armona was the standout beach for us- ferry from Olhão . We also found some fantastic local restaurants within a 5 min drive. The hosts were a perfect mix of engaged and standoff ! The only niggle was the electrics being very sensitive (owner quick to help resolve ) - maybe a storage battery with the solar would fix this .. Overall a fantastic stay thanks again to Tom and team .

The villa itself was very nice. 4 double bedrooms, 2 ensuite plus a family bathroom upstairs and WC on ground floor. Decent sized kitchen/breakfast room. But the outdoor space is the main attraction. Covered dining area for 8 people, pool and large patio area, 2 separate seating areas, a floodlit boule court, a floodlit tennis court and lovely garden. Nice and secluded property. but only 5 minutes from Loule, 20 minutes to Vale do Lobo, beaches etc. Great property.

I will summarise the best I can about the Villa: 1. What you see in the picture is the same if not better live. Everything is so well kept that is indistinguishable; 2. Everything inside the house is great quality: Oven, washing machine, dryer, aircon, cable TV, etc; 3. On the aircon, there is no limit on the usage as I have seen before in other properties which I'll never return; 4. If nice and quiet is what you want the house has the perfect location. Restautants, market, city, etc are all around 5 to 15 min from the house; 5. Only thing you may need to take is your speaker for some music. 6. There are 3 Fridges! Beers always cold.

A beautiful villa and surroundings and equipped with everything needed for an amazing holiday! Krysia & Russell were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommended for a quiet and relaxing break but close enough to all the amenities and less than half an hour away from the airport although you’d never know! Thank you so much!

Old village is a very quiet and beautiful place clean and looked after well with everything you need on site and only a short stroll to the centre with restaurants bars and the marina. The apartment was spacious and extremely clean with a great roof terrace. It was well equipped too. The host was attentive and accommodating. I couldn't find a fault at all .

There was a group 7 of us and we had an amazing time in this villa. It was beautifully presented and offers amazing views from the pool area and roof terrace. We spent most of our time outside by the pool or in the pool house area on an evening. We also did not feel conscious about making noise as there are no immediate neighbours that are super close!
