Find rentals with pool near Peraleja Golf

Stayed here 23-30 June 2025, probably the best equipped rental we have stayed at and we have stayed at quite a few. There is literally everything you could possibly require provided here, every kitchen utensil ever invented, tea towels, Coffee Machine, plenty of Bath/Hand towels, spare pillows etc etc. Aircon in all bedrooms and Living area was very good and needed as it was 34C every day. Nice outside terrace area with comfy chairs, secure underground parking, beach chairs and parasol in store area for guests use. Excellent communication with Robby and met on arrival by Stefi who was very helpful.20-25 mins walk to Vila Martin Plaza restaurants, 20 mins walk to La Zenia Boulevard shops. There is a supermarket locally (Dialprix) and a few restaurants round the corner. Car would be required/recommended for getting to beach - Cabo Roig beach is good and approx 10 mins drive.Highly recommended!

We’ve just a fantastic 2nd stay. The views are superb, the townhouse has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Ago is a brilliant host always available and always responds. The apartment is located on a gated community complex which is only a 2 minute walk to the "La Zenia shopping centre". The apartment is very modern and very well decorated throughout. It had everything that we could possibly need during our stay,although we never used the oven or washing machine. It had a lovely patio area which was just outside the glass sliding doors to the rear, it has artificial grass,With 2 sun loungers and also a garden sofa and 2 chairs, which were great to sunbathe on or to sit outside on during the early evening whilst having a few cold beers. The complex overlooked the swimming pool,which is probably the best pool area that we have ever seen on our previous visits to this area. There are plenty of restaraunts,Bars and supermarkets close by too. There is also a gated car park if you book a hire car during your stay. The checking in & out process was great. We were both impressed with this flat and the views were amazing especially the sunsets. Only downside would be the pool wasn’t opening until end of June

The house was clean and had absolutely everything that we needed for our weeks stay. The fully equipped kitchen was more than adequate, the gas barbecue got plenty of use, the pool was a big hit with the adults and children and it all added up to a really good holiday. Communication was very good, check in was made so easy by Karen (who lives over the road and is super helpful) We couldn't fault the place and will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 😎👍

Overall we had a wonderful week's stay. The villa is fab with lots of outside space and seating areas. The BBQ was an additional bonus, although, if you don't want to cook, less than 200m away is a lovely restaurant called La Finca, which served lovely and reasonably priced food. There are also quite a few bars and restaurants within 10 mins walk down the road which also has an Iceland supermarket. A bit pricey though. The only issue we had was that the heated pool, which we loved, comes at an additional 70 euros for the week, which we have found no mention of in the listing, and was payable locally on arrival. We had no issues with this but you get the impression that the heated pool is included as part of the price when booking. Maybe a note could be added to property to highlight this.
