So nice to stay close to a lovely beach and wonderful pool. At night we sat outside and listened to the chatter of the Spanish home owners all around, talking and cooking with their families. Really nice.

This property is a great base for exploring Moraira and the surrounding area.Our host Renlid was wonderful. Communication was great from start to finish and her villa is lovely.You will need a vehicle to get around because the villa is in a quiet location which was perfect for us.There are lots of supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the surrounding areas and the beaches are fabulous.If you are looking for a well equipped, private, and peaceful villa in the Moraira area, we can whole heartedly recommend this place.

Lovely spacious villa with large grounds in a quiet, peaceful location in Beniarbeig. Well equipped and clean. Helpful check in and check out process with no problems. As described in the listing.Easy access to the beaches of Denia and Javea, and inland to the Orba Valley with lots of options for walking. Mountain of Serra Segaria just behind the property.Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. We would book this villa again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Excellent property, we were a party of 6 three sisters with husbands (of a certain age!…we each couple having own bedroom and bathroom was perfect! Lovely pool with plenty of space. We were met by Stuart the property mgr. For check in and check out he couldn’t do enough for us, a perfect ‘concierge’. Would highly recommend!… thanks Nikki we will be back!

Having stayed in the moraira area many times over the years, this is one of the best villas out there. Great indoor space with a massive kitchen. Fabtastic outdoor space with large lawn, nice pool and covered area to get out of the sun when required....and an outside toilet! Its a short, but steep walk down to the beach, and a managable walk into moraira along the coast. Ian was a fantastic host, who replied promptly to all enquiries.

This villa was exactly as advertised. A warm welcome on arrival with helpful information and details being explained. Attention to detail was first class with thoughtful touches making our holiday experience most enjoyable. Situated in a quiet location but only ten minutes drive to the seafront. Would highly recommend.
