Second stay here and it’s fantastic again. The apartment is HUGE, only had a one bed this time but ample room for me and my son. I was ill and wasn’t allowed out in the sun but you could easily live in this apartment never mind just holiday in it. The hot tub was a life saver and I’d urge anyone to spend the extra on it, I’m going back to Tenerife in August and there’s no hot tub apartments available which is a disaster. Anyway, just stay here, it’s great.

Lovely short break, great accommodation with good facilities. Close to beach, supermarket and local restaurants and bars.

Stayed here for a week from 4/9/17. Could not fault the holiday in any way. We booked a studio but were given a newly renovated apartment looking over the pool which was amazing. Very clean and modern. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. They rang our room when we arrived to check everything was OK. They also rang the next morning to give us info about the resort and were given complementary cava! Room was cleaned twice which was perfect for us. The location is lovely, opposite the apartments is the San Blas restaurants and shops, lots of variety. And can also walk along the coast towards Santa Barbara or Los Abrigos. You can also get a bus to Los Christianos and then get the free bus to Siam Waterpark. On the last day a courtesy room was provided for showers etc. Could not fault Sunset View Club, would definitely stay again, thank you!

Had another great stay at Ramada, been before and will return. Everything is done right there and sunbed monitored for use to stop people keeping them without use. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely place, although will need a car as out of the way. Thought the charge for parking was stupid as you have no option other than to park there. Parking spaces are very very tight and not easy if you have passenger in wheelchair as have to get them out first with traffic queing before getting back in the car to park, did ask for an end space but was not available and the gentleman that I saw on the desk was rather rude (50+gentleman with glasses) and said perhaps I should learn to park properly!!! He did eventually ring our room to say we could have the disabled space (there is one) on the Tuesday and we were checking out on the Thursday so for a few days it was great. Cafe Med is nice but expensive and not much choice on the menu although has only just recently been taken over by new owners who were very pleasent. The pool bar offers a wider range of food and is very good value for money. Unfortuantly the childrens pool wasn't occupied by the children as they prefered the heated one, which is a shame as if you want to just sit,relax and chill reading a book with the kids running around and enjoying themselves it wasn't very quiet, we sat here as the hoist for wheelchair was here to allow other half to go for a swim, only problem was we couldn't figure out how to use the hoist and didn't see the life guard to assist, however we were happy by the pool just reading.

Fantastic balcony with views of the area and sea. Quiet at night. A short walk to fantastic restaurants. Very helpful staff. A brilliant place if you want to be away from the crowds and relax.

Lovely apartments and specious very clean and helpful in every way

I've been to tenerife 9 times in the last 7 years , stayed in 6 different hotels and to be fair all have been good . the Andorra is in my favourite location - near the beach (10 min stroll) and near the safari centre shopping centre (5 min stroll) with it's great shops/food/bars (if you haven't been to tenerife before the safari area is like a mini las vegas) .i stayed in the main hotel with a pool facing room which was lovely , air con little more than a breeze and took a bit of time to chill the room is my only complaint . all staff were friendly and approachable . no mad sun bed rush in the mornings, there were a few people who liked to get "their' regular spot, but when i went about 90% of the sun beds were available after the rush, but i spent most days at the beach i stayed early july 2018 before the school holidays about 27 euro taxi ride from the airport would recommend this hotel based on pool facing room in main building
