Ryde townhouses

The house is beautiful and very well located. Easily accessible to all areas within the island. It was lovely to be able to stay in such a nice property which was very well equipped and is overlooking the sea. Perfect house for a family stay. Couple of things to recommend it was very hot when we arrived and the top of the house in particular was very warm. Would recommend purchasing some fans. Overall the house was very clean but I think the cleaners had missed the toilets so would make sure this is checked going forward. Thank you for a wonderful stay

A clean and spacious accomodation with a great view of the ocean located in a secure private area. Shops and cafes are short walking distance from the property. We had a great time as a family of seven with agaes ranging from 13 to 80. We did find sharing one bathroom with a single toilet a bit challenging.

Wow, we had such a lovely time in Lee and Heidi's house! We visited with grandparents, 3 kids and 2 dogs, and had everything we needed in a really idyllic setting with lots of fab things to do nearby and parking on the drive was just the icing on the cake! Thanks for having us and being so quick to respond to amy queations we asked!

I cannot think of a better word to use for the ark other than PERFECT! I penned after out first stay in the Ark last year, taking into account, the location, the sea view and the best town on the Island, Cowes within walking distance, if we stayed any where else on the Island we would regret it. We are planning our return.
