Holiday rentals near Bowness Pier

Booked to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday and it didn’t disappoint. House was fantastic the best we stayed in and the location had a beautiful view of the lake. Host so helpful as were the lovely ladies we met on arrival. Would highly recommend staying at Berkley House.

Excellent property in an ideal location. Stayed in many rental properties over the years, this one has to be one of if not the highest quality/finished we have stayed in. Fixtures and fittings, attention to detail can not be faulted. Would highly recommend staying here.

Wow! What a fabulous little cottage hidden down a little lane with the most spectacular views over Ullswater. Initially booked to take my mum away on holiday but following her sudden passing a week before the trip, we made the decision to still make the pilgrimage in her honour and we were not disappointed. Margaret and Phil, you have the most beautiful house, everything we could possibly need and your communication and kindness was exceptional. We cannot fault this holiday home and it was so central for everything. Views were changing by the minute depending on the weather, it was all so magical and helped to provide us with the tranquility that we so badly needed. Would definitely re book.

The barn is a lovely place to say, beautiful cosy property and Fran is an amazing host. She made everything so easy and straightforward!

Had a great stay - location is perfect and in walking distance to everything we needed. Can’t rate the property highly enough. Super clean and gorgeously done. Had everything we needed. Owners have done the property to a high spec, it really is beautiful. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return. Host was great. We were a family of five and we all loved the property - best rental we have been in by far.
