Split-Dalmatia villas

Wow what a place! If you want a modern, sleek style close to a an atmospheric town then Villa Nike is for you.From the outset this trip was perfect. Great communication from Kristina and Željko, who welcomed us at the property even though it was late in the evening.The villa is amazing. Tastefully decorated, the villa has everything you need. From spare googles and mosquito spray to USB chargers. Freshly picked figs from the garden and a beautiful platter of food were really appreciated. It’s these little details that make such a difference. Villa Nike is a perfect size (we were 3 adults and a 17 year old) for a family with plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the living area was perfect. The pool was gorgeous and great for either a swim or splash around. The view from the house is stunning. With the Adriatic Sea in the distance and the mountain overlooking Omiš to your left you could spend hours just looking out at the amazing scenery. A ten minute drive took you to Omiš. A beautiful town which has a mix of old and new. The old town was full of atmosphere with great places to eat in the winding alleys. Full of families it felt safe and welcoming and we enjoyed our evening strolls along the river and beach.If you’re looking for a relaxing break or for a vibrant place, Villa Nike is the place to go as it has something for everyone. Nives’ property in Duće is an absolute gem.Very spacious, immaculately clean and has everything you may want and more.A stone’s throw from the beach and a small harbour where you can rent a powerboat or other water craft and visit the many sites on the coast of the island of Brac too.Omiš is a short drive and this charming historic town has a plethora of fantastic places to eat and other more adventurous activities. Would highly recommend the rafting.Would highly recommend.

The property was stunning! The location was very peaceful with just a short drive to the resort that thankfully wasn’t too ‘touristy’. Lovely bars and restaurants all of which had stunning views of the scenery. Bracera was a particular highlight, if you visit make sure to eat in the very friendly and beautiful positioned restaurant. The host Josip was a real gentleman; couldn’t do enough to help and was the perfect host. We’ll be visiting again.

Our first visit and won’t be our last. We have rented many villas and by far this had the best host in Jenny, booked restaurants and excursions for us and even cooked us dinner one night. Amazingly clean villa and Omis is a beautiful little town with every amenity you need. The villa has a restaurant directly behind or two great ones at the bottom of the hill (1 min drive, 5 min walk). Shop very close 6 min drive, 10 min walk) and Omis town is 15 min drive (around €30 in a cab), you will not be disappointed

A beautiful property in Omis - the views are incredible, the stylish villa is beautifully presented and furnished. The pool area is stunning. Mario and Branka couldn't be more helpful and as owners it shows how much they care - they are great super hosts and always responsible. Highly recommend. Franco was a great host and the villa was perfect. Right below the fort and surrounded by trees on all but one side. Ideal.

We spent a wonderful week in Villa Delmati with family and friends. The Villa is huge and immaculately kept. The summer kitchen worked really well for us and we lived outdoors for the whole week. The pool was well used to say the least along with the full sized tennis court. Location wise, very well placed; 10 minutes from Omis and 25 minutes from Split. The coastal road south of Omis was spectacular with its turquoise seas and numerous beach and cove stopping points. During our stay we made a trip to Split, a day's boat trip to the island of Brac (truly unforgettable and would highly recommend) and had a fantastic meal in Naklice at Konoba Palacio which is 5 minutes drive But the stand out part of our trip has to be the hospitality shown to us by the owners who were fun, warm, welcoming and so helpful in sharing recommendations. A special mention to Laura for welcoming us late after a flight delay and also her top class organisation of the boat trip, which is an absolute must, and booking of the local restaurant on our last day in Tugare. Also to Laura's Mum for the special feast she cooked for our group during our stay. We had an unforgettable week in this Villa and we would highly recommend. We wouldn't hesitate to return here agin in future.

Fabulous villa with a modern design. Host was superb and could not do enough to ensure our stay went smoothly. Area was convenient and clean with some good local bars. I would recommend this for families and friends who still want to be in reach of busy towns but need their own space.
