Protaras villas

What a fab time we had! This villa is a great location to stay, everything is within walking distance. The welcome pack and meal provided was very welcome! Nikos is the most amazing host and is so accommodating and goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Third time in one of his villas and hope that there will be many more!!!

We had such a lovely holiday , the villa & pool were excellent, the adjacent properties were very quiet and welcoming people too. We got into a routine of walking to the beach via Blue Spice for a lovely breakfast and then to Polyxenia beach just another 100yards. The local bus service is excellent 2euros a trip , when into Aya Napa a couple of times , so easy. Kimberly was very informative and although we never met her she comes across as a lovely person ,easy to deal with, good a her job . Many thanks for an excellent stay.

Our time at this beautiful villa was perfect, its location was excellent for exploring the beautiful region. Our communication with Costas and his team has been outstanding prior to our arrival and during. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, in a quiet area of Pernera, perfect accommodation for 4 people and perfect host, who goes the extra mile to provide a welcoming stay

This villa is just perfect for a relaxing holiday with everything you need and more. We received a lovely welcome from the owner who’s communication was brilliant from the minute we booked. Extra touches like the wine & foods when we arrived were very kind. We loved the pool & garden area which has a lovely bbq and plenty of seating areas to just sit back & chill. and the property was well laid out, having 2 bathrooms, one en suite and a further toilet serving the 3 bedrooms. The lounge kitchen and dining area comfortably accommodated 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked, having a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and full oven. The out door space contained a well maintained pool and a range of tables and chairs/loungers. The surrounding area was quiet and access to the estate was via a barrier. Nikos was a very hospitable host who left a stock of food items for us on our arrival. He also arranged a taxi from the airport and personally transported us to the airport at the end of our stay. He turned up on Christmas Day with a bottle of wine and chocolates. A problem did arise in the property and he quickly arranged for this to be satisfactorily dealt with. Overall a comfortable property and an excellent host.

The property met our expectations 100%. 40 meters from th beach and less than 200 meters from the Protaras tourist strip. Quiet at night too, perfect!

Super two weeks we’re had at this villa just a 5 min walk from the strip and beaches and only 3 min walk from Lidl would definitely stay again ☀️😊
