all excellent, everything you could need, if I wanted to be a little negative the bathrooms could do with an update, but other than that, fabulous villa. Location is perfect for wondering down into Latchi, beautiful garden and pool

We had a very relaxing stay at Villa Harmonia Blue. Natasha and Panikos were friendly and welcoming and greeted us on our arrival giving us lots of information about the local area.The villa was comfortable and homely with a lovely pool in the garden. We would definitely recommend to others wanting to stay in the Latchi area of Cyprus.

We absolutely loved this villa. It is clean, well equipped and spacious. The pool is the best we’ve ever had in a rental villa and even in late September was beautifully warm. We loved sitting on the side terrace which now has a large table (seating six), a sofa, two chairs and a coffee table. These are not shown in the website pictures but made our stay even more comfortable. There are three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The Sandy Beach complex is absolutely perfect with only around 20 villas in total and surrounded by fields. The beach was only 100 metres from our villa and has complimentary loungers that anyone in the complex can use. I guess that makes it first come, first served but in reality we had them to ourselves. During our two week stay I’m guessing we had 10 days when we were the only people on the whole beach. Perfect ! The Sandy Beach complex is halfway between Polis and Argaka so you’ll need a car to reach the nearest shops and restaurants, there’s nothing within walking distance. The trade off though is peace and quiet and a “private” beach. We’ll be coming again next year.

We stayed at the villa for 5 nights before our sons wedding in Larnaca so needed a bit of peace and tranquillity. Quiet location - pool perfect for us and shaded lunches on the terrace. Close to Polis for supermarkets and trips along the coast for evening restaurants and drinks by the beach to watch the sun set.

Beautiful villa in beautiful surroundings, villa was clean and had everything you need for a two week stay . We arrived late at night and the owner had left beers , bread , butter, coffee, milk and all other essentials, plus a bottle of wine wine

Amazing villa. The management staff were very helpful and attentive. Pool was so nice and the views from the terrace were beautiful. Beds are quite low on the ground so may not be good for an elderly group.

This is an excellent property. Lovely warm private swimming pool. The pool is cleaned every day by Alex. Also there was a full clean of the house and fresh towels and bed linen half-way through our stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great: a very short walk (2 minutes) to the beach; and lots of restaurants in walking distance. One restaurant is in effect next door but one. Also there is a small supermarket in walking distance (15-20 minutes). Local taxis if you need them. This means that you do not requirte a hire car.
