A fabulous villa, with excellent facilities and an atmosphere that enabled us all to truly relax and enjoy our Greek holiday. Aurora and family are fantastic hosts, always there to answer any questions, give suggestions if needed and the most friendly faces to have a chat and a laugh with! They all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, including providing us with eggs, muffins and home made spanakopita…just brilliant!!! The pool is a particular delight and the terrace allows sun throughout the day. The villa is centrally located on the island providing easy access to all parts. Highly recommend Assos and Fiskardo, and seek out the cave terrace at Poros. Thank you Aurora and family for making our stay so enjoyable and welcoming! We will be back!

This is our 2nd visit to this beautiful villa, so comfy & spotlessly clean, Penny as always is so welcoming and has a wealth of knowledge to share about Kefalonia. The villa is an Excellent base for travelling around Kefalonia with its breath-taking views, it’s within easy reach to so many beautiful locations like, Fiskardo, Assos, Argostoli, Sami, etc. A big thank you to Dionsyia for creating the perfect holiday sanctuary, we will be back! We have to say this is one of the best villas we have ever stayed in! Certainly the best equipped and the maid service is excellent with clean bedding and towels provided every 3/4 days and the Villa cleaned from top to bottom at the same time. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Agia Efimia with numerous restaurants and supermarkets. Lida is a fantastic host with excellent and prompt communication and allowed us to have a late check out due to us having a late flight home. Highly recommended!

Had two fantastic weeks here. So peaceful and relaxing and amazing views. Central on the island for sightseeing. Easy to get to see everything in two weeks from here and still have some downtime. Agia Effimia is a lovely little town with enough places to eat and two or three bars for a quiet drink, but not spoilt by tourism. We walked into town several times from the villa. It is perfectly doable, but does depend on your level of fitness. It is actually 2km by road down to the town, but not so far in a straight line, so the views are great. But it is a very steep hill and could be tricky in the heat of the day. We were happy to drive down sometimes and walk also. The hill was really no bother to us, the location was perfect. But if you are looking for somewhere that you can walk back to after some drinks with a meal at night then you probably need one a bit closer to the town. It all depends what your priorities are for your holiday. If you want to relax, unwind, enjoy the views and the tranquility in a comfortable villa where you are private and well looked after, then this is the one. It is lovely and clean with fresh bedding and towels several times throughout our stay. It was just what we were looking for and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

We had a fantastic week staying at this beautifully located villa. The view is stunning and the villa and pool are lovely too! The villa is about 15 minutes from Fiskado for restaurants and supermarkets and there are a variety of beaches within easy reach too. The property owner and cleaner and pool man are very friendly and helpful and quite obviously want their guests to enjoy their stay. We would definitely like to return to this gorgeous accommodation! 😊

We had a fabulous time at Nikoletta’s villa, it’s so peaceful and a great location being close to Fiskardo, Assos and some lovely little Taverna’s (we even went greek dancing with Nikoletta’s mum at one of the taverna’s!). The pool and terrace were a lovely place to relax. Nikoletta was so helpful giving us tips of where to go and eat and even bought us some shopping as our flight was severely delayed.

We had the most fabulous 6 nights at Villa Liladi. What a beautiful place. The caretakers were fabulous, stocking the fridge for arrival, breakfast surprise on day 4 and a Lego gift for our 10 year old son on leaving. A truly memorable family holiday. Beautiful pool area and view. Just one point: the beds are pretty firm and we struggled for a good night's sleep. Solve that and it will be perfect. Thank you. We'll be back. Caroline, Danny and Leo
