Praia da Rocha villas

Our second time here. Great villa, great location for bars and beach and very good communication with Ereke.

We really enjoyed our week in August at this property. It has a great layout and feel, and meets what we were hoping for from the pictures. It is separated from the beach by a road, but this doesn’t detract from its excellent location. Will be going back? Answer - no. The prices for next year are being hiked by about 30%. It was already expensive, but worth it. The new prices make it too much for us and harder to ignore the one significant issue which was the lack of usable shade around the pool during the afternoon. A pergola or something similar would be an ideal solution and in keeping with the look of the property. While we were there, there was no hot water in the main bedrooms downstairs. So we had to shower in the separate room upstairs. The decor and linen were also a little tired, but still acceptable. Overall a great place. Were it not for the price increases, I would give it the highest possible recommendation.

Villa is stunning with so many period features with beautiful view of the beach. H Good air con downstairs but in the annexe it’s not so cool but ok if weather is not too hot. The pool is lovely and so safe for children as not very deep. Location just perfect with beach on the doorstep. There are lots of restaurants very close by but we found the best ones away from the ocean taking a left out of the villa. There is also a little supermarket 2 mins walk away so really no need for a car. Just perfect!

Ideally situated and beautifully equipped our villa was a perfect setting for a special family holiday. Our grandson loved the pool and we enjoyed relaxing on a balcony enjoying the views. Our housekeeper couldn't have been more helpful and we would thoroughly recommend this place.Many thanks for a memorable stay.

We had a lovely week in this villa.Was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed.In a good area within walking distance to supermarkets and eating places.We could even walk to the beach and nearby resort of Prai darocha.Nicely decorated and plenty towels for everyone.A few things need a bit of attention ie,no locks on bathroom doors which caused a bit of a problem as 3 different families with 3 teenagers had a few embarrassing moments.Shower room on the top floor could only be used by the 2 young boys as the ceiling was so low.Dining table in lounge was great for all 11 of us as was the one outside.Lovely family memories were made .All in all it was perfect for the occasion that we booked it for.Appart from an issue with the pool being over chlorinated we had a wonderful week in Villa CaoCoco.

We were 6 adults and one 4 year at rhe villa . The villa is very spacious with each of the 3 rooms having its own bathroom plus two seperate toilets, one downstairs near the lounge area and another further downstairs near the laundry . Beach is an easy walk away with a few restaurants on the beach and a few on the road down. Taxi service is fantastic, though ensure that the taxi comes to rhe main entrance. Delivery service available from Continente supermarket was great especially for water delivery. Would highly recommend this property for a family. Quiet area .

What a wonderful place. Ferragudo is the ideal place to relax and unwind with easy access to beaches and bars/restaurants. Be prepared to do some hill work and steps though! However, the village is so oretty there's lots of opportunities to stop for a breather! (Its not that bad - i am 30 weeks pregnant so had a bit of extra weight!) The restaurant choices in the centre are all fabulous and we didn't have a bad meal. The beach bars are perfect for long lazy lunches and the villa has everything you need and is very homely. Can't reccommed enough!
