Lajares villas

Villa Dayley was just what we expected. It's in the lovely village of La Capinella just outside Corralejo. There is a regular bus but we hired a car for the week which enabled us to get around the island. The villa itself is well equipt, the TV is amazing with great internet and channels. There is a washing machine and drying facilities. The pool is 1 min walk away. Outside area there is a bbq and loads of chairs tables to enable you to eat outside. The sunbeds are great too everything is in great condition and clean. The cctv outside made us feel safe too. Also when we had a problem contact with the owner was easy through the cameras. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday at this villa. The property was very clean and well equipped in a quiet location in the village of El Roque, just 10 minutes from the beaches and town of El Cotillo. It is stylish and modern and has a beautiful secluded terrace area with heated pool a bbq and plenty of seating and areas to relax and sunbathe. The property owner Manuel was very helpful regarding booking and meeting us for handover of keys even on a Sunday afternoon, so a big thank you to him. We were very impressed all around and having stayed in the area several times before, will look to this or one of Manuel's other villas when we come back again.

This was an ideal location for our stay, it was booked because it was a bungalow as I have reduced mobility and it was ideal especially for its central location. It was a shame that we under used the facilities due to illness but the property would certainly suit a large family or two families because the layout is like two separate wings with a shared lounge and kitchen. Very airy and bright.

Villa Luna is tastefully furnished and has an excellent layout. The Villa was very clean, well decorated and the beds were very comfortable. A bathroom for every bedroom is a plus (we had a friend join us for one of our weeks so that was especially nice for her to have the en suite). The showers were great. There were plenty of towels, including pool / beach towels. Everything we needed was there.The kitchen was extremely well equipped with very good appliances including a large fridge/freezer and an excellent washing machine. It was nice to have a basket in the kitchen with condiments and spices available. Also under the sink there were bin bags, washing powder, cleaning fluids. We especially enjoyed the sun beds on the upper balcony catching the late afternoon sun. The outdoor pool patio was large and the pool was just the right temperature. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds and seating outside. We found the neighbourhood to be very quiet. The pool area can be overlooked from neighbouring properties but not really an issue as there didn't seem to be many people staying in the neighbouring Villas plus the fact that the first floor terrace is completely private. Prior to and during our stay communication from Stephan (the owner) and the maintainence team was excellent. The pool was cleaned once a week. A hire car is probably needed although taxis and a regular bus service (nearest stop 400yds away) are available if needed. Absolutely fantastic, thank you Stephan and team.

Very friendly owner and well equipped villa with everything you need for a family stay. Would have liked a couple more sun loungers, the little ones loved the pool. We had a wonderful stay thanks Matthias.

Loved the town and the property, the hosts were very attentive and quick to respond via WhatsApp. The place was very clean and had all amenities… as we were working from the villa the downside was the WiFi but there was good signal and we were able to tether. I’d come back here in a heartbeat.

I had this villa booked for the two weeks over Christmas and new year and having been to this area for the last ten years was looking forward to it as it is a great location. Unfortunately my daughter's covid test did not come through on time so had to cancel the day we should have arrived. We where all very disappointed as well as missing our holiday we had lost out on a lot of money. When I phoned the villa owner Steve to tell him we whould not be going he said that he whould give us two weeks later in the year free of charge. He was under no obligation to do this as it was well after the cancellation date. Thank you Steve so much for your generosity it certainly softened the blow and looking forward to going to this lovely villa later in the year. Regards Paul Emma and Megan.
