Costa Nova villas

We had a great stay at the villa in July 2025. The property is well located in a scenic part of Javea, just a short drive from supermarkets, the Arenal and lots of bars & restaurants. The villa is modern and has everything you could need, a comfortable lounge and lots of places to sit outside whether you prefer sun or shade. Fantastic pool, great size and got plenty of use! One small downside for us was that our son found the mattress in the smaller bedroom not very comfortable - but it would likely be okay for a younger child / toddler. Great communication from owner & check in / out was perfect. Would definitely recommend for a chilled out and very comfortable stay in the sun.

Superb villa with all the amenities needed for a relaxing break.Ideal location,short drive to Denia or Javea,with lovely restaurants nearby.Fabulous hosts,being met at the villa on arrival by Sue,with a lovely basket of provisions.Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sunflower. Barbara and Tony were very helpful and Richard the owner went out of his way to assist us with any requests we had. The Villa itself is very well stocked for a family holiday. I have never seen so many coat hangers! It is about 10 mins from the sandy beach and 5 mins from the beautiful beach of Granadella. There are restaurants within walking distance but a car is very useful. A tourist bus runs several times a day back and forward to Granadella and goes 2 mins from the Villa during the summer Months. The best part of the villa is the beautiful garden and gorgeous swimming pool. We can’t wait to return.

We have just spent a month there and loved so much about this villa and the area. Just a short drive or 40 minute walk to Arenal beach which is just humming with great selection of restaurants, bars and a beautiful beach which is perfect for the children. The villa has everything you want for your stay and the outside space is wonderful. We loved the heated pool, hot tub and the outdoor kitchen and bathroom. We had such a great time, can’t wait to return.

What an amazing villa, just returned from getting married in Xabia and this villa was incredible. From the smells in the house to the fantastic decor and high end finishes. The outside area was utterly incredible they have literally thought of everything. We played pool enjoyed the hot tub had a bbq and even had late night swims in the pool that felt like a bath. I can not thank you enough for our stay in your home we are hoping to return one day.

The gardens in this property are the highlight. The pool being fenced off and the garden very safe for children made the holiday. The house itself is a bit tired but very comfortable.
