Orlando villas

We had a wonderful stay here. No problems. Great communication. Clean and had everything we needed. 20 minutes drive from Disney and 35 minutes from universal.

A spacious, well equipped and comfortable house with a lovely pool and outdoor area. Could have spent a lot of time happily just using the pool and games room but as a bonus it is also very convenient for the theme parks, especially Disney World. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside in the evening watching the lovely sunsets. Good supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The Rock and Brew became a favourite.

This property is just perfect. Simple as that. There is everything you will need to enjoy your stay from comfortable furniture, fantastic beds and a well equipped kitchen. There are also multiple tv’s with plenty to watch at the end of a busy day. The pool area is great and has plenty of loungers and chairs to use. We opted not to buy the pool heating in October but still used the pool every day. I would recommend the heating if your holiday is November onwards though. The home owner Dominic is great and we received replies to our questions almost immediately which really puts your mind at rest. A good amount of information about the house is supplied at the start of your rental period and Dominic also offered suggestions of eating and entertainment in the local area. The property is located in a great area, a couple of miles away from the busy 192 area and with excellent access to the 192, i4 & several toll roads via multiple routes. I would definitely recommend this property and will hope to stay here again in the future.

We loved the house, it was themed throughout and the children immediately were entranced, which was perfect at the end of a long journey. We had a disabled member of the group, and the layout of the ground floor was very easy for her to move around, the theatre room being on the ground floor meant she could easily access this with the rest of her family. Jana Lynn had thought of everything we could have needed, and this was much appreciated. The situation of the villa, in a quiet cut de sac, was ideal- it was always peaceful, local people were friendly and although we were arriving just after hurricane Milton had stormed through, everything was being tidied up quickly and with no disruption. We enjoyed Halloween night within the neighbourhood, had lots of interaction with local residents and that was lovely. We ended up not going to the parks as much as we thought we would, the house gave us everything we needed. One of our children turned three years old while there, we had a lovely family day involving lots of dressing up, and she fell in love with a little mermaid costume which we can't find to buy anywhere, but we will keep looking ! Our last day was a bit frantic as we had our flight cancelled just as we were leaving the villa, so I hope that we managed to return everything to its proper place, in retrospect we should have taken lots of photos when we arrived so we could make sure everything was back where it belonged! Debby was a wonderful and perfect host! Nothing was a problem for Debby she went above and beyond for us during our stay and made us felt welcome! Would highly recommend this villa as it was perfect for our stay! The pool and jacuzzi was a welcomed treat after a long hot day at a park. The villa had everything and more that you could need and we all slept well in the comfy beds.. a perfect 2 weeks was had by us all and we miss it very much

Great Townhouse with four double rooms which suited our party perfectly. Great Comms with the owners and a lovely resort which was very quiet. Would recommend to anyone looking for similar accommodation.

Great property for our family of 5 with teenager/young adults and parents as lots of space with added benefits of pool and games room. Spacious and clean with all you will need for self catering stay but close enough to all parks and restaurants if you fancy a take away or eating out . Can’t thank our host Robert enough as despite having been to Florida a number of times this has been our most challenging with delayed flights and hurricane . In addition to helpful info before we arrived he was on hand with guidance re the storms and kindly offered late checkout if required .

Rest assure this will be the best villa you will every rent. IM NOT EXAGGERATING. Just spent three weeks here, cried when we left. Been renting in florida for many many years, this was the best stay. Villa is amazing, everything you want. Dale the host is fabulous. Pool is incredible, all amenities are spot on, modern and luxurious. You will never want to stay anywhere else.
