The Lameiro house is located in the genuine village of Ponte da Barca, in the heart of Alto Minho and in the surrounding area of Peneda Gerês National Park.
It is inserted in a zone of climate and privileged landscapes. The area is distinguished from the others by its natural beauty, richness of fauna and flora, agricultural and winery creations as well as the existence of a biological vegetable garden, aromatic garden and the presence of some domestic animals. Several wells are preserved used for irrigation and the water is a constant presence that runs throughout the property providing tranquility and moments of relaxation to visitors.
The area surrounding the house, descends on terraces to the edge of the property, where the pool is installed that enjoys an excellent sun exposure and relaxing environment.
The House of the Lameiro maintains the moth and authenticity of several identity elements of the culture, traditions and local art. It preserves an asparagus, dry land and threshing floor as well as a winery with all the equipment used in the practice of the winery activity and where actions are provided that promote gastronomy and local wines, such as gastronomic workshops, wine tastings and tastings. The Lameiro house has three totally independent rooms with private bathroom. All rooms have an electric stove for the winter, electric towel rails in the bathrooms, hairdryer, free toiletries, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
