A detached property within a walled garden, tucked away yet only 3 minutes walk from the train station, town and the beach. Sea views from upstairs windows and complete privacy and quiet. Parking for 2-3 cars. Extensive, private gardens with a trampoline and football goal. Three double bedrooms plus a sofa bed. Bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Living room with log burner, TV/DVD player and beautiful parquet flooring. Play room/snug with sofa bed can be used as a fourth bedroom. Huge kitchen with oak and glass gable overlooking garden, bifold doors, wood burner, underfloor heating, table for 10-12 and sofa/seating area. Exceptionally family-friendly home.
Two cats live at the property. They do not need anything, but are friendly so must like cats.
Town amenities exclude pier, play park, skatepark, beaches and close to Dartmoor. Any questions, please ask.
