This place was perfect, I don’t think we will ever do lake Powell any other way again. There is nothing better than to come home to a cozy home, make a home cooked meal and AC!
Perfect place to stay to explore the surrounding area. Great place for day trips to the Grand Canyon North Rim, Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the lake itself. Great views from the house as well. The house was very comfortable and the owners very attentive and helpful.
The property was just as advertised. Great location for Wahweep marina and just minutes to Page. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. The views from the front porch are absolutely gorgeous. At night it’s great to stand on the porch and see all of the stars.
Wonderful location with beautiful views. Spacious house with many kitchen supplies that made our stay much more comfortable. Managers were very helpful.
This is a great property. The view is spetacular. it is 7 minutes to the Beach and 7 minutes to Launch your boat. Nice private area. Page is 18 minutes away. Where you can get groceries or Eat at a variety of places. Were can you go and be this close to so many things. And still have everything you need.
We had an awesome time staying at this place. Beautiful views. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to the lake. We were on the water in 15 minutes. Highly recommend!
The view is spectacular! I really liked the large bedrooms. This place had easy access to a gas station for filling up our boat. And only ten minutes to State Line launch ramp. The house is very clean, and the host is very responsive.
The check in process was pretty easy. The owner met us at the home prior to giving us the keys. Showed us around and went over the rules. Our stay was great! The rooms are spacious. The downstairs was closed off, as this is where the owners live when they are not renting the property out. Very friendly and helpful. Short drive to the Lake Powell beach and marina. We brought our ATV's and were able to ride to the trails and the beach along side the highway. Will be coming back!!

The AC unit was recently upgraded in approximately 2022 and has a Nest thermostat. Generally, it's set at 72, and it was set at 72 degrees Fahrenheit during the guest's entire stay. If there is ever an issue with how cold or warm the house is please send a text, phone call, or email and we will figure it out. I was never notified that the house was too hot until I received this 1-star review.
Lake Powell's mesmerizing vista, showcased from this property, is a spectacular sight in its own right. A true spectacle of natural beauty, perfect for leisurely enjoyment.
Ideally situated near Page, AZ, this location serves as an excellent base for exploring renowned natural wonders such as the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Zion, Bryce Canyon, and many others.
Although only the top floor of this wonderfully maintained house is available for rental, it should not deter you from booking. Consider it more like a heightened ranch house, providing an enhanced view of the surroundings.
Hospitality is delivered to the highest standard. The attentive owner goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is truly memorable, with complimentary snacks that are a delightful treat for both kids and adults alike.
The only downside - you may find yourself not wanting to leave. With so much to explore and experience in the vicinity, you might wish you'd booked an extended stay.

Good communication with manager, beautiful view, but some things need attention
I'm not sure if it is made known in the description of the property, but you are only renting the upstairs portion of the house. No one was downstairs while we were there, but still I did not realize that. Not a big deal. Was just a little alarming when we got there in the downstairs was blocked off yet we were not permitted there.
You should bring extra bath towels as there are only a few so we did laundry throughout the week while we were there.
Some things are very nice and comfy, and some things just need to be thrown away like several old pillows (including one with a blood stain), chairs with holes in them, and the very old fold-out couch that is supposed to sleep two. I don't know who could sleep on that thing so we just had our son sleep on the couch.
The internet connection is very poor in that area so we were not able to use the TV for anything other than local channels. So we didn't use the TV the whole time we were there.
Stairs outside up to the house and the deck seemed a little unsafe and old to us and should probably be replaced.
Overall it was fine and I don't want to leave a bad review, But I just think people should know about some of these things. The pictures of course make everything look better.

Thank you for your review, I'm glad you felt we had great communication. The view certainly is beautiful from the upper level of this split-level home as outlined in the photos. As explained in the description the "downstairs" lower level is non accessible to the guests and is not included in the rental of the home. The TV provider we use is DirecTV with many different local channels, movie channels, etc. so I'm not sure what issues you might have been experiencing during your stay. We are in a remote area in the middle of many national parks and rely on satellite internet service. That is the best that we can get in this area, which is not guaranteed to be working 24/7. The speed of the internet is also not guaranteed. We have a newer queen size sofa sleeper that will fit 2 adults. Between the two bathrooms I set out 14 towels and 14 washcloths for every guest stay. I try to provide more than what any hotel would provide. There is also a washing machine and dryer with soap that I provide so, if need be, you can wash a load of towels if you run out. There is also a linen closet with extra supplies. Regarding the "blood-stained pillow" you found I would like to assure you, and all guests past and future that I went through all 36 pillows that are in the house and none of them have any stains on then blood or otherwise. I really wish you would have communicated these supposed issues you had with me so we could have resolved them immediately while you were still at my home. I hope you enjoy this beautiful part of the country and have many more safe travels!
This property is amazing. The view from the back patio is perfect. During the day you have mesa’s to appreciate, and at night the sky comes alive for amazing star gazing. The house is rural enough for peace and quiet, but close enough to Page that there’s plenty to do and see during the day. The home itself is luxurious and very well kept. The host truly lives up to the title super host. My family and I will definitely be returning to this property!!
This property while away from the hustle and bustle of the town was within minutes of a marina and beach area, maybe ten minutes from Page and about 30 minutes from another marina. Close to several hiking opportunities. Very comfortable accommodations. Three toddler grandkids and six adults, plenty of room for adults to hang out while kids played. Would do it again. 5 stars.
This house is perfectly situated to do all the big national parks. In addition, there is a lot to do in Page itself. It’s clean and comfortable. All basic supplies such as dish soap, laundry detergent, etc were provided. Beautiful views. The owner was great and responsive. The only downside is that anywhere Page doesn’t get great internet/cell phone coverage. It’s not great for a working vacation, but enough internet to do basic tasks. Overall, the house was spectacular. Better than the pictures.
This home met all our needs for a Lake Powell getaway with family. It was very clean and snacks were left for us to eat. We had some problems with the air conditioner freezing up and not cooling properly but Mike responded and fixed it quickly.
