We relocated to the lake in 2007 from the Uk and live locally so are on hand whenever our guests need to get in touch! By renting your holiday home with us you can be sure of gaining the inside track to the lake and local's view to ensure you get the very most from your stay and enjoy a local experience second to none. What's more the Italian, fully fluent owners are on hand to personally greet you on arrival and ensure you are settled into the home. By staying here with us we can recommend where to eat with the locals, hire a boat at the most competitive cost, show you the hidden places with the locals shop from finding the freshest baked bread to the best markets to the trattoria's where the Italian's dine away from the tourists or the very best bar's where the tastiest snacks keep coming with the drink's! If you need to hire a scooter or cycle, find the best hiking routes, or pathways around the lake for scenic walks we will point you in the right direction.

Easy off road and secure parking and just a short walk down to all amenities from restaurants and bars and the pretty village of Griante with ample restaurants, bars and a frequent passenger and car ferry service to access the whole lake . The property is ideally located to offer a peaceful, relaxing stay yet close enough to reach all amenities in the village from the park and pizzeria to the ferry stop and lake and lido with pool to dive in and cool off in. Griante, with its meandering cobbled streets forms part of the iconic greenway walk which bobs and weaves around the lakes taking in historical villa's on this 7km route, ideal for walking enthusiasts and casually curious tourists who want to take in part of this route only. Tourist towns such as Bellagio, Varenna and easy to reach from the ferry in the village which makes Griante Residence the ideal location to relax and recharge one's batteries away from the hustle and bustle of some of the other more well trodden villages yet at the same time within easy reach for those who like to explore further afield. What makes this Apartment unique
The home is located in Griante, an idyllic village providing the perfect base for rest and recuperation. The residence completed in 2011, offers a spacious and modern with quality fixtures and fittings at every time. Guests love the outside pool and spa facility. It is little wonder we received so many requests to return. Outside there is a real local feel to the village. Meandering cobbled paths, a mini market local produce and olde world pub are within easy walking distance of Griante Residence. Grianate, also known as cadenabbia is home to excellent wine bard and restaurants where you can dine directly overlooking the lake, please ask for our favourites. There is the request ferry service from the village including both car and passenger ferry, plus boat hire available for the more adventurous. The San Martino pass is located here in the village of Griante, one of the most popular climbs for hikers offering mesmerising and majestic lake and mountain views perched high, high above the lake overlooking the often snow capped mountains offering a memorable day out for the truly adventurous! In short we offer more then letting our holiday home. We offer a unique insight into living like a local here on the lake to ensure you get the very most from your stay from the minute you arrive ensuring an unforgettable and personal experience.
