You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

Also note:

General Terms 1. On booking the apartment the lead member of your party must be over 18 years of age and provide full address and contact details for all members of your party. 2. On your day of arrival the apartment will be cleaned and ready for occupancy from 1.00pm, and we ask if you can vacate the apartment on your day of departure by 11.00am. 3. Subletting of the apartment is not permitted 4. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. 5. Pets of any kind are not permitted inside of the property. 6. We ask you to respect the village environment during you stay (no stag nights, or excessive partying, etc.) 7. A security deposit of 150.00 Euro is to be supplied along with the second payment. The deposit is to cover incidentals & damages during your stay. This will be returned to you after the property has been serviced after your stay. 8. 30% of the full payment is required with booking, the remaining amount must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Bookings and Cancellations 9. Bookings can be cancelled for a full refund no later than 4 weeks before the day of your arrival, and 50% refund when the cancellation is received up to 2 weeks before the day of your arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged at full room rate. 10. Payment must be made via 'Home Away website' 11. Should a situation arise out of our immediate control and a booking has to be cancelled then a full refund will be given. Our liability is limited to payments in regard to the apartment only. MAIN ENTRANCE GATE: The gate is usually kept closed & locked, especially at night to secure the parking area. KEYS TO THE PROPERTY: Collection: on arrival at the apartment Departure: on departure from the apartment FIRE PLACE/WOODEN BURNER: Please do not use the fire place without discussing it with us. RUBBISH AND RECYCLING: • Green bin to be used for ordinary rubbish. • Small black bin for food waste only. • Plastic and glass bottles separate and put in a black rubbish bag. Collection day & Point: The outside bin is located at the bottom of the entrance stairs, collected and emptied every second day.
