The apartment comes with two king size beds, one single bed and a comfortable extendable sofa bed. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped for your perfect stay!

Our modern two-bedroom apartment is located near the Fine Arts Academy, in the central part of the town just a few steps away from all major attractions!

This two-bedroom apartment measures 70 sqm. Both bedrooms come with king size beds (one of them with a single bed, too) and the living room comes with a comfortable extendable sofa.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped to test out your chef skills. If you are not in the mood for cooking, there are plenty of the restaurants nearby. :)

The bathroom is modern, spacious and fully functional, filled with fresh towels and toiletries.

We also provide local coffee, Nescafe and a great variety of tea.

Cable TV offers you a variety of local and international channels, and we also provide a wide selection of domestic and international magazines and newspapers!

Everything necessary is available in the apartment. There are no shared areas in the building!

If there is anything specific that you need for your stay, we are here to assist you. If you would like us to organize you an airport or a city transfer, we will be glad to make your stay more memorable.

The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, just a few steps from the stunning Academy of Fine Arts and the most beautiful esplanades. It is located only few minutes of walking distance from astonishing Sacred Heart Cathedral, Orthodox Church, Sarajevo Museum, Latin Bridge and from all other attractions.

There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops near the apartment.

The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful.

If you want to experience the outskirts of the city, tram, trolley and bus stations are just 3 minutes of walk away from the apartment.

Tram line number 1 goes directly to the main train station and back, while tram line number 3 goes from the old part of the town to the residential areas.

All trolleybus lines go to the residential areas.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication

Great location. However, none of the 3 mobile numbers for contacting the host worked. Half of light bulbs not worked either, not enough toilet roll in flat, cleaners left previous occupants’ linen drying on the racks. Sloppily cleaned. Whole flat was run down more than expected (from the photos). When I raised the above with the hosts after we left, I got not reply. They are definitely letting themselves down. Would not recommend.

The only good thing about this property was the location, everything else was absolutely disappointing. The apartment looked as if it wasn’t cleaned for months, floors left feet and socks BLACK, beds were uncomfortable, rock hard, and stained with god knows what, and furniture was falling apart. In addition, to cool off, they provide two small portable AC units with moldy filters and mold inside the unit itself, so you suffer all night long unless you open the windows and get eaten alive by mosquitoes. This is advertised as “modern” when in reality, that’s the opposite. The bathroom was filthy and the shower curtain had gross white stains on it. Hair and dirt all over the floors and in the tub. When trying to contact someone, even when providing photos as proof, management did nothing. Do not waste your money on this place and find a better apartment.
