Host Maria was there to welcome us at check in. She replies fast to messages, both before arrival and during the stay.
The home is as it looks in the pics. It’s clean and is well-appointed and is fully stocked with essentials. I cannot emphasize this enough: this is the most satisfied I have ever been in my initial check in. All you would need is there!
The air conditioner works and serves the whole house even if the unit is only in the living room. This is the only dent in the stay. The air conditioner has a heavy drip inside the house. I placed two buckets under the air conditioner unit. The host will see this and hopefully will fix this. It certainly wasn’t fixed for my stay when the last guest used it.
The water heater is consistent.
Location is a long walk to the center, but it can be done if you’re up to it. Parma has a skeletal bus system that is fairly passable. At check out, I walked to the train station - about 12 minutes.
