Superbe vacances a la mer

Nous avons beaucoup appréciés ce petit appartement car il est situé a tout juste 2mn de la plage. Le petit bemol est que l appartement est au 3eme etage sans ascenseur compliqué avec les valises mais on oublie cela très vite....attention néanmoins a ne pas faire trop de bruit etant donne que c est une propriété privée. Merci a vous.

Petit séjour agréable dans cet appartement

Même s'il est surtout conçu pour un couple nous avons passé un bon séjour mes fils , mon compagnon et moi dans cet appartement. Après forcément à 4 on se rend compte que certaines choses ne sont pas assez fonctionnelles pour une famille mais c'est normal... Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ces petites vacances à Saint Malo 😉

Parfait!

Nous avons passés un agréable week end de l’ascension, et , cerise sur le gâteau, il a fait un temps superbe! Le logement est petit mais très bien pour deux personnes. Il y a ce qu'il faut, mais la salle de bain (wc inclus) est étroite. La literie est correcte. Pour les personnes de grandes tailles, attention il y a des poutres!! Pour les personnes plus âgées, savoir que les escaliers sont un peu raides (3 étages quand même!) . Il faut savoir également que comme nous sommes en ville ( le logement est dans une petite cours) donc il y a les désagréments qui vont avec, à savoir le bruit, qui s'atténue cependant le soir et la nuit. Le voisinage est très calme. Ces petits désagréments sont toutefois vite oubliés car la localisation du logement est idéale. La plage est à 100 mètres, les commerces de proximités (super boulangerie) et restaurations ( y compris à emporter) sont appréciables (allez au restaurant "La Vague" c'est très bien et abordable! ). Possibilité d'aller à Intra-Muros par la plage (environ 30 mn) et de l'autre côté, à la Pointe de la Varde. Notre voiture est restée sur place (places de parking le long du trottoir) les 4 jours, tout peut ce faire à pied ou en bus. Si nous revenons à St Malo, nous connaissons donc une bonne adresse que nous recommandons sans problèmes.

Appartement très bien situé (commerce/plage/rempart peuvent être accessibles à pied). Appartement petit mais très fonctionnel. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
