Ask a questionAbout Jenna Franklin
Pearl River Cottage is a special place to stay. We specialise in making sure our guests have great holiday experiences. We’ve given much thought as to what we can offer guests as we know that slipping into our holidays is always much needed. We purchased Pearl River over 10 years ago as a peaceful and tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We both grew up in Devon and are very fond of the South Hams. Unfortunately we do not have the time to stay at Pearl River Cottage as often as we (or especially Bridgette & Luna, our Miniature Schnauzers) would like, which is why we make every effort to welcome you in the hope that you derive the same amount of pleasure from your stay as we do.
Jenna Franklin purchased this Cottage in 2008
Why Jenna Franklin chose Kingsbridge
Pearl River Cottage is a very cosy cottage. It originally belonged to the church in the village before becoming a privately owned property. It is located in a quiet setting yet is only minutes into Kingsbridge with access to all the local amenities, as well as a short drive to the South West coast and coastal path, which links to all the fantastic beaches in the surrounding area. This area has many fond memories for the owners and given its location and affordability makes it an ideal holiday for couples and families or simply for those who just wants to get away from it all.
