White Hera Villa is a stunning 210 m2 luxury retreat, showcasing a minimalist design with high-end finishes. This contemporary villa spans two levels and offers three beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Perched on a hillside in the serene Agios Pavlos area, it boasts spectacular views of the Libyan Sea, with Prasonisi Beach just 1.4 km away.

Ground Floor


The villa has a high spec of white finishings creating a light & airy feeling throughout the open-plan kitchen and living area. The sleek and modern kitchen area includes high-end appliances and a stone kitchen island with 4 bar stools. The dining area includes a wooden table for 8 and is separated by a privacy wall area from the kitchen. The smart design makes for an excellent private dining experience. The large expansive dining/kitchen area also transforms into a living room space which includes a white sectional luxury sofa seating area, a built-in fireplace, and a 40" Smart TV to finish the space.


Floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors make for a seamless outdoor transition to the terrace with the pool, and sunken hot tub all with the panoramic sea views.


The ground floor includes a WC for the common areas and a utility room with a washer and a dryer, for added convenience.


Bedroom 1


This bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80x 2,00), and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. This bedroom also features a self-controlled A/C, a 27" TV, and patio doors opening onto the terrace with countryside and sea views.

Upper Level
Ascending to the upper level, you will find the master bedroom.

The entire floor is dedicated to the master bedroom which includes a King-size bed (1,80x2,00), and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. This bedroom also features a self-controlled A/C, and a 27" TV. Step out onto the private balcony, overlooking the stunning panoramic views of the sea, that stretch before you.




Outdoor Area


The outdoor area boasts an impressive range of amenities, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment. More specifically, the outdoor area features:


- A 35 sqm swimming pool with a depth ranging from 0,40m - 1,50m. The pool can be heated, upon request for an additional daily charge.

Villa White Hera is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".

- Housekeeping every 3 days and final cleaning
- Towel & Linen changes every 3 days
- Pool and garden maintenance


Furthermore, the following services can be arranged with an additional fee, upon request:
- Grocery shopping & delivery at the Villa (a delivery fee of 25EUR/day is required in addition to the cost of the groceries. The list should be provided one day in advance).


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
