Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

- I rent my family's vacation Chalet exclusively to family gatherings and couples I do not rent to groups of young people . Too many bad experiences.

Have the pleasure of living in the Newport, RI. And a ski house in North Conway which I have always had a passion for...!! . My interests are many; skiing, hockey, hiking, fishing, biking, and being involved with my 9 grandchildren and taking care of homes .
